@@LarsBakhuis It's not the cost of the pallets themselves that was a concern, but the time and costs of machining the molds for it and such. Earlier in development, they had trouble getting the wash and cure to integrate the mixing bar into the casing. I thought the money would have been better spent developing a better design for the mold and case.

This has the same energy as an easy bake oven. It's just so small, looks cheap, looks like an obvious toy, but actually functions just as well (or almost as well) as a normal resin printer.
The initial kickstarter $119 price point is also really really nice. Like, that basically makes it one of the most affordable 3d printers out there now and will open up the ability for more people to get involved in it.

Hey @Uncle Jessy . I LOVE your videos!
However, I did take a SMALL issue with one thing.
4:40 I find those numbers to be a bit misleading... 320 x 240 does seem like a super low resolution, especially when you compare it to 2k, 4k, 8k and nth K resolutions.
But if you break that down into their build volumes, then something interesting happens.
4k Mono LCD printers: apx 0.02 mm per pixel
2k Mono LCD printers: apx 0.05 mm per pixel
"Standard" LCD printers (non-Mono): 0.12 mm per pixel
TinyMaker's resolution: 0.09 mm per pixel
That would put TinyMaker above typical LCD printers, such as the Sonic Phrozen, and non-Mono LCD Elegoo Mars 3D Printers.
And since it is also a non-Mono LCD, those would be a better comparison for quality of prints.

So, this could be really useful for people who design miniatures or small objects and want a quick little test-print station right nest to the workstation, instead of over in the print room. Or at conventions to run off customs or made to order designs. The low res would hurt it for a lot of uses though, if they packed like a 4K screen into this lil guy it would probably be the finest resolution resin printer on the market.
