Nice presentation. Just a couple of suggestions / feedback -
Not withstanding your disclaimer @04:51 that its a bare shell apartment and difficult to visualise it, you could have gone a bit slow to show case the rooms properly. Second, it will be better to stand and talk rather than moving around so fast and circling, as it looked as if the camera person was trying hard to follow or even chase you, thereby missing the finer aspects of the property. Exactly the reason why the rooms were not properly covered @ 5:18 . Thank You.

Even in Omkar 1973 (Worli) a 13000 sqft carpet area penthouse retails for around 60 Crores i.e. around 50K per sqft. Meanwhile penthouses in Lodha Altamount too maxes out at 1 Lakh per sqft. But someone very smart is asking 80K+ for a penthouse in Andheri West🤣🤣

Interesting couple of weeks back a 13000 sqft carpet area penthouse in omkar 1973 Worli was up for sale for about 60 Crores meanwhile in Andheri 8000 sqft penthouse/sky villa costs 65 crores
Even in Lodha Altamount penthouses maxes out at 100000 per sqft. Don't know why some people asks such exorbitant prices that too in Andheri West. Either they consider themselves very smart or others extremely fool

Where have natural water bodies and greenery gone in Mumbai and Pune? It is very sad that people have to pay crores to get open spaces and trees. There is not a single green belt left in Mumbai - Thane - Pune - Navi Mumbai area. Either it is full of slums or there are concrete towers. Air quality is worst with express trains continuously pouring from all states in India.
Twice the price for andher - oshiwara, it's near goregaon bus depot.

A 4 BHK in South Mumbai would cost anywhere between 4 to 10 crore and that too in a good locality. If I consider the higher side then too I can buy 6 of those and have double penthouse and the exotic view of Arabian sea with best luxuries possible. Maam, good to know that this kind of houses exists and there is a market for it in India. I wonder, who can afford this. What do they do and how do they do this? The maintenance and life style it needs is huge. I mean, if your monthly income is not around 10 crores, you can't afford this. Can this be earned ethically or by hurting so many innocent individuals dreams. I have a 15 year old car and every year I keep thinking that next year I will plan for a new one. I have few lakhs in all my a/c's and investments and I am watching your video so sincerely. Isn't it funny.
