If some one really want to stay near beach. Buy property in Goa 5 cr. rest 45 cr invest in commercial real estate/stocks/MF. Get monthly rent/dividend/SWP and no need to work they can do whatever they want and stay near beach. One even don't need 45 cr 10 cr is enough.
Can you also mention the maintenance cost approx helps to get the understanding better

Can you please explain how you came up with a Valuation of 55 CR (plus Taxes), about $6.6 million for this Apartment ? When you are touting such big numbers, you also need to understand what kind of buyers you will attract and what else they would fancy by spending that amount. Certainly no one who wants just a place to live will spend that amount ..so what is it that they are getting ? Let me give you an alternate use of that amount : get US green card by spending $1 million. Get a nice house in a good US suburb with a huge backyard and a pool for another $1 million. Rest $4.6 million park it in a US based ETF tracking the Nasdaq 100 (14% annualized return over the last 20 years).. that means on this $4.6 million , you will make Rs. 36 lacs per month (after LTCG tax) or $43k per month. You never ever need to work OR you can live in Bandra for 55cr 😂🤣
