Yeah, that's right.,We don't want to see these people as our motivators. Please bring those people who came from rural area and create history in their life through education, only they are our motivators.😊
He spent 40k-50k per month during his college, which was apart from the education cost. That's how much privilege he has Coz usually an indian college student gets 5k-10k per month at max ps: christ also provide hostel within college, so the extra expense is not including the rent

I make 3.3L a month post tax. I am 28. But I could never imagine paying such rents even I made 2x of my current income. I wonder how much these people earn.
I wish Indians would appreciate young people who have high paying jobs. There's no point complaining about their privileges in life. We need to get out of crab mentality and hope our country eventually has 30-40 cities like this that have a thriving white collar population.
totally agree. Unless and until we start taking inspiration from the folks who have build themsevles from scatch and start noting patterns in the industry in which they work for, we cannot be ambitious or try to venture out something different and out of our comfort zone. Even though a lot of the folks in the video had affluent parents ( which is totally fine ) , there were many who were self made as well . Nice video 👍
I dont think we can have 20 cities like Delhi and Mumbai. It is possible but people sitting at top are not interested in distributing wealth. Otherwise who will buy overpriced real estate of these cities.
Delhi comes no where near close to mumbai. Its too cheap to be compared to amchi mumbai . Infact delhi property rates are not even comparable to Pune let alone mumbai@@himanshuutube

Most of the buildings have names like allura and kiera which is hard to pronounce still get a feeling of living in Europe....they don't name anymore like OM sai housing society 😂😂😂😂
Most hospitals are not owned by doctors. Doctors are just employees who get fixed salary or only consultation charge per patient basis. Rest all goes to the hospital administration.
Let me clear one big misconception. Doctors don't earn big. A mbbs doctor hardly makes 50,000 per month working for 26 days which can be Sunday's or public holidays too. MD will earn around 1.5 to 2 per month. DM(super speciality) doctors would earn 3-4 lakh. All the lakhs of money that a patient spends for investigations, bed, procedures ,medicines will go to corporates doc gets only a part of profit

What I learnt here is rent or mortgage in one of these Lodha apartments costs equal to or in some case more than what it costs to rent or own apartments in developed nations like Canada. These people fall in the .001% bracket of Indian household income, but outside of their society, they use the same broken city road, same honking, breathe severely polluted air, are exposed to same corrupt bureaucracy (which they just bribe out of), get exposed to same BS caste and religion politics and their children participate in the same rat race (albeit with jump start of their career with the best school money can buy). Is it worth it? I want to hear from those who earn 5 lakh + per month and live in these buildings.
Indians are social animals. Most of us hate the idea of living in western countries where you don't even know your neighbour. Most wealthy people stay in India because of this reason. SOCIAL LIFE
All correct and it is extremely frustrating for the highest tax bracket to not get any return on their investment in the nation. No.1 reason you'll see migration to Middle east/Australia/Canada/USA.
So true. What's the use of earning so much money if you are going to breath the most polluted air in the world? Face the traffic and poorly built roads and corruption. These kids are rich now & living a lavish life by paying 2 lakhs+ per month just for rent because their previous generation like, father/mother/grand parents would have worked hard and become wealthy, which gave flexibility for these kids to do what they love even if it pays less as u heard that the girl in this video earns barely 20K a month which is less than 50% of the household income in India Just imagine their overall expenses per month which includes outside food (restaurant etc...), travelling expenses, provisions, groceries, shopping (major expense for these rich kids) Interviewing these people is purely waste of time, that's the reason after seeing the first 2 mins of this video i has realised that their parents must be wealthy so that their kids look rich and trying their level best in acting as if they r working hard both in term of education & work to stand at this comfortable, luxury life

My uncle and aunt give a house for rent at kiara (they own 2 houses there but one is given for rent and one is a holiday home and their actual home is in dadar) and my uncle owns a manufacturing buisness (im unsure of what exactly he manufactures but its some tech stuff) and my aunt is an artist (she has made those flower scluptures for r city mall and done some other stuff too) and she also is a manager at a reforestation ngo (which she volunteers for but i added it anyways) so u can tell they r rich
So basically it's there parents who are paying the rent of these lavish apartment and these kids are living with them. Mose of these people can't even afford to live in mumbai on there own. What's the point of interviewing them? You should have interviewed their parents or atleast asked them about their parents.

Working as a marine engineer i am making 9lakhs a month ,but honestly if someone asks me to pay a rent of 1.5 lakhs a month ,i would prefer buying my own appartment that too when the construction is in the begining stage when prices are not inflated and stagnant , Hard earned money needs to be invested on appreciating assets rather than liabilities IMO
You should be interviewing their fathers, they are the ones who own the apartments.

Why does it sound like their office is paying for their rent which could be part of their CTCs? This is barring the owner guy who obviously has rich parents.
These guys are well connected and the reason for living in such society and paying 1.5 lac rent is the same ...networking.
I mean I understand why many people are jealous in comment section and saying it's because of their parents money, firstly anyone with rich parents would do this and instead of wasting money they used it in the right way. Secondly, if you invest money in right way and make somewhere around 4 lakh per Month, with enough experience and loan amount you can buy these apartments.
Most Indians like to jump on conclusions to make themselves feel better. Grow up guys, with this mindset you'll definitely never reach there.
Brother the only problem everyone here has is that they think most of these young adults don't make x lakh per month to afford 2 lakh per month rent ,which may be true/false , Real problem is interview of someone who actually makes like 4 5 lakh per month whether white/black who have right investment ideas ,ideas to move money buy/sell assets not those people who have just started and give unjust ideas brother no hate .
Completely agree with u. Most people in India r so jealous of people doing well. They just people who r struggling in life😂
Bhai jealous koi nahi. Video and interviewees are misleading the viewers.
6:23 But same Didi, will never marry a guy having same earning. She will be looking for at least 36 LPA otherwise she will loose such standard of living, her father has provided.
Maybe stop assuming that her father is paying for every thing bcoz u can't earn even close to her or assume that she is even looking for a guy at all😂 I earn close to her and my father didn't for much and I grew up quite lower middle class. Stop being jealous and petty!!

No.
I will never rent a apartment which is 1 lakh or more , instead of that I will buy a big home in the outskirts, that's much profitable
And travel 4 hrs to work?

The only reason how he can invest that huge portion of money in equity & major portion of money in derivative market (FnO) and trying to achieve 5% per month is he has a great backup by having wealthy parents, so he can take as much risk he can, i really wonder had he been traded in stock market, might be India, US, China, Russia, France, Europe, Germany, Italy, Australia or anything it might be, I'm sure he would have lost 100% of what he had deployed as his capital

These kids who are interviewed are not owning anything. Their dads are.
Great going, insightful.
8 crore for the flat is crazyyyy😲
Habibi come to south Mumbai 😅
Nominal in Mumbai 😊
These kids are rich now & living a lavish life by paying 2 lakhs+ per month just for rent because their previous generation like, father/mother/grand parents would have worked hard and become wealthy, which gave flexibility for these kids to do what they love even if it pays less as u heard that the girl in this video earns barely 20K a month which is less than 50% of the household income in India
Just imagine their overall expenses per month which includes outside food (restaurant etc...), travelling expenses, provisions, groceries, shopping (major expense for these rich kids)
Interviewing these people is purely waste of time, that's the reason after seeing the first 2 mins of this video i has realised that their parents must be wealthy so that their kids look rich and trying their level best in acting as if they r working hard both in term of education & work to stand at this comfortable, luxury life
Such a long paragraph just to show your jealousy wow dude 😂
@@Chickenspunk
Look I'm not jealous of them at all, I'm also from a middle class family with decent wealth to live a comfortable life for my entire life without even working (of course i won't do that), if that is the case why should I be jealous of them?
Whatever heights I reach in my life, I'll always say that it's definitely not possible without my parent's support & initial investment
On the same context, i would definitely say the growth that came via that initial investment is not only coz of them, but my hard work, patience, dedication, sacrifices etc...
The key context of this video is how they have worked & what they have done in their life to live this comfortable life, for which it is definitely not ethical to interview them instead of interviewing their parents who are the actual person who might have worked soo hard & came to this stage

Even in america & europe people pay around 1000$ . These folks are paying 2000+ $ . Interview their parents
The days of $1000 per month rent in the US and Europe is long gone. Not anymore. Rents are way high now. Unless someone lives in a godforesaken rural remote dump somewhere.
Those questions are not related to how they are paying their rents. Bro if u r going to interview them then just ask how they are able to pay this much rent. Out of all the people u have interviewed none looks like they are able to pay this much of rent. Looks like 10 people are living in a single flat that's how they manage to pay the rent.
