Lots of warm lights, mostly light warm colors with a bit of darker color for contrast, natural materials like stone & wood, strategic use of big mirrors, and shopping money 😊
Love the veneer walls, warm balance colors, sleek lines, contract textures, splash of off colors and no clutter. Many homes and apartments have just too much stuff on the walls, floors, cabinets. Living simply is best and keeps the mind clear and calm. Very achievable on any budget. Thank you for all your suggestions and ideas.
Bravo. This is exquisite and nicely featured. I kept pausing to see the detail, the sight lines, the shadow gaps, the wood grain and the marble vein and the placement of furniture Is all perfection. When it’s not possible to incorporate these premium materials or custom lighting consider the tip on using tones of the same colour and incorporate the use of different textures. You can do something with textured rugs, cushions and wall covering (large pictures or wallpaper). It’s also possible to use quality marble or wood tops to create smaller pieces of furniture. Placing basic uplighters or globe lights on the floor behind tall plants also works well as mood lighting.
We dont want to look expensive but we need to make a home look esthetic full of arts full of history yet full of heart and soul that calming our mind...
a good golden yellow lighting is all that you need to give that "rich feel". it makes all the difference. rest all the ideas are secondary and may not be even required.
Make your home comfortable, to fit your life, that is what luxury means to me. Looking expensive, doesn’t appear in that equation because that look holds no value, no comfort, just the fear that you might break or stain or drop something.
Travertine is a stone that gets stained immediately. Beautiful in deed, but extremely impractical for a countertop where people actually cook on. It will only look expensive as long as you don’t cook at home.
Agreed! It's like a little dance, always wiping away any water 💧 and making sure those glasses leave no trace of their drinks on the counter. It's all part of the joyful rhythm of keeping things clean and tidy if you are that kind of a person ✨️
Never mind looking expensive the important thing is comfort and safety and it’s the people.person, couple, family who lives in it to make it a happy home rather than expensive
Thank you for the video...I find there's always something useful that one can take away from this. Whatever I don't find useful, I just ignore & don't feel the need to insult & rip a person to shreds. There's a difference between constructive feedback & sheer nastiness.
Totally agree with you! You spoke my mind👍 Some people hastily spit negative comments just to be nasty. It's like their default. They choose to ignore the positive forgetting that the video is just intended to be a guide and give inspiration. Viewers can pick what's applicable to their lifestyle and what's not. In my case, though I don't agree with everything, almost always I learn something new, maybe just a thing or two, but learning something new makes it worth my while.😊
I'd guess some would disagree, but I feel like brown is becoming the new grey. Bit of an overuse of it here for my taste though I like all the use of wood. That of course looks fantastic.
One thing I see too many wealthy people do, is they'll buy furniture pieces to fill out every square foot of their home. So a large expensive house ends up looking like a storage room. Yes, furnish your home with fancy pieces. But also maintain a minimal look to maximize your walking space.
Exactly what I was thinking..... so many other videos on RUclips that are directed to more budget friendly ideas, not everyone is looking for budget friendly ideas
The only think i liked was the wall at 5:17. Everything else is not my type. So, it all comes down to one simple thing: know that the client likes. If the client only likes wood and you present him a modern home with glas he will not buy it regardless if he has money

Step one: build wealth

Wow so beautiful. Thanks for the tips. Can you tell me what color paint was used. It is very soothing. Thanks again.
It looks fantastic. Every few years beige is back and this is this period again. Love the mirror! What is that mirror's size?
I would estimate its 120cm to 150cm
Thanks Alex for this important tips ,,,,you are true about all of them ,,,,i really appreciate showing us this beauty , respect & love from Cairo.

I keep to the classics like slots and occasionally blackjack. Keeps things light and fun. What's your strategy
We would rather look “luxurious” or “high end” not just expensive. Some expensive houses are gaudy and tasteless.
Exactly
I suppose English is not their first language...so he is saying what comes to mind
Same page
From his Tip#1 is already saying “luxurious”, not sure you didn’t hear it
To make a house look expensive is to make it look high-end and luxurious. (hair flip)
My friend suggested trying the crash games for a quick thrill, and wow, were they right! Have you taken a shot at those yet
What about renters? Other than adding mirrors, what else can a renter do to make their home look nice?

Well said
So why did you bother watching the video? 🤨

A clean house is always expensive. Sometimes the looks make you wonder if people seat on the couch at all.
This channel is about architecture and interior design, not about how to make your home comfortable and safe.
@@schw0373 So true 😅

Got to admit, Finch's involvement in 4RA made me a regular. Can't miss out on his match insights!

I'm mostly into roulette; the vibe feels just like a real casino. Got any favorites when it comes to table games
Just tried the 4ra platform, super smooth and easy to use 🎉
You forgot to mention the croma food processor. It's fantastic ,very hardy and 800 watts with reasonable prices
Anyone know what that black thing is on the kitchen counter?
Following some tips from my brother turned into a decent win last month. Ever had a win that felt extra sweet because it came from a tip
Do you have videos for small house

I would be great to include the furniture manufacturers list.
Love the color theme of 4RA, it’s so catchy and vibrant! Eye-candy bhi, money-candy bhi! 🌈💸
Thank you! Salutes from Romania. Very interesting ideas❤

All these can influence any home to it's maximum potential. 💯
I love the color very relaxing..thanks for the tips..
offwhite walls, large mirrors, good sofas, wood and more wood.
Ridiculous showing a very expensive property which is contradicting to the concept of the presentation.
IT ONLY LOOKS EXPANSIVE! THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE VIDEO !
Therefore, he did a good job. The video is how to make your home look expensive lol
Because the only way to make your property looks expensive is to buy one that’s expensive 😂😂😂

@@dropdroppie1653the property itself will be very expensive..so definitely the owner won’t fill it with mediocre furnitures clothes lights or taps.😅
how large is the mirror

Excellent, beautiful. Thanks for sharing ❤
Even when we lose on 4ra, it's okay, Finch makes it fun and we try again.
Guys, Aaron Finch is now with 4RA makes 4ra even more awesome.
Use marble, wood veneer, and large mirrors. That doesn't make your home look expensive, it is expensive.
how much is the condo?
My brother loves the poker rooms. Says the competition is decent, and the interface makes it easy to play
Finch brings great energy to 4ra events, really enjoying it.
