Actually, for folks like myself who are struggling with this encounter - for me it helped to changed the tactic from staying far back for the whole thing, to rush to transcendence pools immediately after the tormentor spawn instead. Then, I tried to nuke the remaining ads and kite the tormentor around dipping into pools.

Bring precision weapons to speed it up: snipers, scouts, linear fusion rifles.

They patched it, I tried but it wouldn't count as cleared unless I jumped over. Thankfully i beat the Tormentor, But now i am a few parts past and am stuck on the part with the big knights.

I did the exact same thing. My first time I took out the Tormentor before rallying and it bugged the encounter for me. So as long as you only take him out once the encounter starts, you're all good.

The final part of the mission isn’t bad if you join another’s save for it you can skip the rest and get credit for completing the mission on legendary

@@Paul_Planet guess for some people it would help but to me legendary isn’t that bad even solo or fireteams, final encounter took me about 45 min solo first time and subsequent times a lot shorter since I knew what to do
Maybe it’s my thousands of hours of experience in the game and hundreds if not over 1000 of raid completions between d1 and d2 that I think the legendary campaign isn’t that bad. Sure there’s some parts more difficult than others but I usually complete the entire campaign in a 4 or 5 hours first time maybe 6 on legendary

Baffles my mind that people are struggling with this campaign. By far the easiest since prismatic trivializes the gameplay.
Run knockout, with strand melee and consecration. You literally get 3 giant AOE slams that do 58363637273 damage plus cure and radiance as well as more healing from knockout. You people make this way harder than it needs to be
