Yup! I started Destiny in late Season of the Haunted, so I got into the game too late to play any raid before Root of Nightmares at release, but I have cleared Root Day 1 and have the Contest Mode emblem, yep. For Salvation's Edge, I didn't even watch the raid because I want to save my first experience of it for those I hold closest who play the game with me, and they were all too busy to play it day one.

Really sad that you couldn't get sub 11 like you and your team hoped for. Still an amazing run that well unless bungie reverts the changes will be the wr for a long time :D - GJ To the whole team
Speedruns like this are far more impressive than in solo games. The fact that not 1 but all 6 players need to be on point for things to line up and excute is crazy. Thats no disrespect to speedrunners in games like Souls etc, but this is another level
you just gotta hope for an experienced team. in order for that strat to work, you need two people who know the timing of the wipe mechanism in the totem room.

Aegis what is your opinion on the changes with raids and dungeons now always being -5? Both for speedrunning where it will I am guessing make older runs way harder to beat, and for non speedruns.

Question about void Titan for Golgoroth. Does projectile damage still increase when shooting through a sentinel shield? And if so, how much? Cause I remember it being 40%

God this is so fucking cool Having 2 runners and the 3rd being dedicated to boosts for the opening, everyone landing well skates to get to totems, having the brand holder chill in mid with a STL Trace and Gjally to get the most efficient stacks.. the list goes on Even just tiny optimisations like using a stand tangle and grapple to get to warpriest dps a bit faster, it's so fucking awesome to watch. How are your 5th/6th players staying alive on the totems encounter? I presume maybe something like a heal clip weapon or devour?
I am pretty sure you die after a certain time when inside the totem room even if full health. So, from what I see, I think they are running back and forth between middle and the totem with an eager edge sword

I think you skate over to the totem to prevent the wipe, then skate back to mid to drop the damage over time before it kills you, then repeat
