I go on a rant about how I ordered a sweatshirt from Mac's Record Label and I keep getting sent the wrong product. I just want a cool sweatshirt :/

Somewhat similar situation I've had before. When Mac was still signed to Captured Tracks, I ordered his Another One Demos on red vinyl from them. Never received it to this day, no shipping info, nothing. I've emailed them and no response either. At the very least you got responses and something lmao
Man, that sucks! I ordered from Mac’s record label website and he has some “okay” customer service as you can tell but no answer or product is crazy!

Man I ordered a vinyl from washed out last year and the company they worked with went bankrupt out of nowhere and never got the vinyl, had to call the bank and get my money back.
It wasn't as big of a deal as your situation but shit made me not want to order merch from artists again lol

@Paul_Planet in fairness, the big logo shouldn't exist. Poor design. Unless the logo was similar in color to the shirt. And maybe a shirt with a pattern to offset the big logo plain area. So the logo wasn't visible from space.
