He's using heart of innermost light, but i can tell you from experience that you don't need a cracked build to solo this on legendary.
Staying alive is all you need. Take unbreakable, knockout, red death and Recuperation/Better Already leg mods
I’m struggling with this on titan tbh…not a problem until 2nd phase for me but that witness blast gets me. I’m shielded from darkness but it still 1 shots me with 100 resilience
