    Thank you so much for the video. Just a heads up- these cups are not intended as "static" cups. So DO NOT leave them resting in one area, keep them moving. That is what causes bruising. There are however some other cups that are intended for that.

      Incorrect. I’ve been a certified cupping therapist for over 10yrs now. Silicone cups can absolutely be used for static as well as dynamic cupping.

    Why do I end up with a LOT of bruising? What am I doing wrong? My legs are nicely oiled and I keep cup moving all the time. Can I use cup every day even if bruised?

      It's supposed to be 3-4 times a week. Not every day.

      Bruising is normal it’s the toxins & junk being pulled up so it can be circulated out. I watched several other videos from medical doctors on this.

    Ewwww… you should ALWAYS do it from down to up but up and down 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
