Hi from Jenny all the way from Sweden Stockholm! 🤗🇸🇪
Exactly. Lost so much weight in the last few years but my bat wings hardly shrunk. I've been self conscious about them for years and thought after my weight loss victory that they would shrink enough I could finally wear tank tops. I was wearing size 2p for crying out loud and still they jiggle. I've kinda fallen off the wagon and gained some weight back but I'm getting back into it now. This video came at the perfect time 😊
At 76 yrs old ... Gigong and gardening have been my passion 40+ yrs, 3 days a week bike time and 3 days brisk walking. Movement is life - still have flabby arms for grandchildren to smile at. I'm over it ❤
My 4 year old niece the other day asked, "why are your arms like that?" I told her I didn't know, and some peoples arms are just like this. Now I can tell her in detail why my arms are like this! 😂
Dr Berg…I’m so excited after watching your video. I’m a 77 year old woman, 5 ft 4 in and 120 pounds. I lift heavy weights, do cardio and eat a healthy diet. I do radio frequency on my arms and microneedling too. I also smear my arms with glycolic acid, vitamin C and retinol creams. Nothing has helped with my saggy, crepey skin. I’m going to start using your strategy today. I’m skeptical but I’m willing to try everything that seems like it might help. I’ll report back if I get improvement. Thank you for sharing this. It gives me NEW HOPE!
I'm 54 and do the same... Weights, lotions, potions etc but have the same thing. It's genetic in my family, saggy arms even when skinny. Mine was aggravated after losing 10kg to get to ideal weight. I'll try this but I'm really not convinced I can beat my genes.
I cannot stress this enough trampoline, rebounder jump rope 10 minutes a day jumping jacks 10 minutes a day these things turned my body from flab to fit and fabulous in like a month. I started to see real results two weeks. I started to see encouragement trampoline is one of the best exercises you can do.
I totally agree with you, but I’m just had my hippie place and I’m going to be having knee replacement and my doctor doesn’t recommend trampoline after either one of them ever. I’d love to get your opinion.
Just put some good music on and bounce you don’t have to go crazy. That’s the beauty of it as long as you do I’d say 10 to 15 minutes. You’re getting a great workout and I’ve seen a drastic reduction of cellulite on my legs. Just put music on and go crazy, just make sure you wear a good bra lol
Hi Dr.Berg, I’ve been an RMT for over 22 years and one big comment about fascia is that it requires hydration to function effectively. This was highlighted in Jean-Claude Guimberteau’s research at many of the world fascial research congresses time and time again. Fascia requires multi directional movement in general because it is a web of structured hydrophilic tissue. In the first video you highlighted movement saying no weight but what makes the movement successful is the tone of the muscle intertwined with the fascial structure in a beautiful interplay. We can’t separate the two. Anytime we move our limbs extended it is using weight unless we move the arms bent and close by the body. In this way long lever movements include weight of the limb. I like that you presented this because fascia is important and many of us end up with adhesions because of lack of hydration or lack of movement twisting the bodysuit of tissue that exerts 2,000 lbs per square inch. In this way we have more success moving it with functional movements. Hydration , muscle movement and functionally of multiple muscle groups lending to tone leads to better fascial health. I enjoy your work. Thank you.
Thank you! I have always had trouble getting enough water, it's gotten worse with taking over my sister's job at a horse barn while she was out. She starts back this week and I'm looking at what I can do to keep up with the muscle I have gained and not let it all sag! I'm almost 59.
@@amywert8088Drink enough water & electrolytes & EAT REAL UNPROCESSED NON GMO FOODS as MUCH as possible & STAY AWAY from BOTH BIG FOOD & BIG PHARMA & KEEP MOVING! ❤🌠
Great advice. It's muscle loss really... During the pandemic I had noticed such change after nearly a year in bed mostly sleeping. Yet we survive and overcome. God, The Almighty Creator is good and I am grateful. HALLELUJAH 👑 AMEN
I recently quit aerobics and started basic calisthenics and intense mobility workouts. After a month I've noticed a little difference to my muscles. I am 46 years old and it is the best workout I've ener done.
I'll be 67 in August, I'm 5'4" 120 to 124 lbs. I power walk, swim in the summer, do strength training with dumbells and bands and still I have loose arm skin. Some procedures on leg veins last year for a whole year and covid November 2023 has kept me from working out. Most recently I'm now doing yoga with a lovely young lady on RUclips, Adriene. Well, now thanks to you I'm going for a new workout with this young lady. I'm starting later today. Thank you, Dr. Berg ❤
Do more weight exercises with weights. Triceps .... biceps . Plenty of information on the internet. Doing yoga is like stretching not lifting weights and isn't going to do a thing for your loose skin. Building muscle fills in empty spots.
my daughter introduced me to Yoga with Adriene. She's really a lovely lady. I'm sidelined after I had my gallbladder removed which left me with a hernia, which still needs to be fixed. I used to work out with kettlebells and right now I can't lift heavy things.
@MycatRomie I'm 64 and don't have that problem. It's not age related, it's lazysyndromerelated . Muscles shrink when not in use . Strange how many older women and men have fitness RUclips channels and don't have that problem. Also when you're so over weight and lose that weight.... what happens to all of that stretched out skin ? IT HANGS LOOSE
Your timing is perfect! I was noticing my flabby arms. I am a Massage Therapist over 35 years. Take care of my own home. Always on the move. Would like to have a better tone in my arms.
@@allihintz1663I recognized that. „I think, they give a perfect timed suggestion“ I’m scared, they’re already checking our thoughts. Or can forecast, what our next move will be, because of observing our movements in daily live and calculating the next move. Or!…. we all live in a simulated world anyways and our mind controls what our avatar is doing in this projected world.
Dr Berg notes: Flabby arms can be a frustrating problem for many individuals, especially as they age. The loss of muscle mass and strength in this area can not only affect physical appearance but also limit daily activities and overall quality of life. In addition to sarcopenia, the process of age-related muscle loss, flabby arms can also be caused by weakened fascia. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and other structures in the body. Without proper maintenance and movement, it can become tight or restricted, leading to a decreased range of motion and weakness in the associated muscles. This is why targeting both the muscles and fascia is crucial for effectively improving flabby arms. Functional exercises, which involve multi-joint movements that mimic everyday tasks, are key to targeting muscle and fascial health. Working multiple muscles and joints at once helps strengthen and activate the surrounding fascia, which can lead to tighter, more toned arms with improved strength and function. To incorporate exercises into your routine to help improve the fascia, I recommend trying out the three workout videos linked above. These videos focus on a variety of movements that target the arms, shoulders, and fascia for a well-rounded approach to flabby arm reduction. Thank you Dr Berg! 😺👍
I'm 64 and I'm still pumping iron. My 73 year old neighbor lady asked what to do about this problem. I told her to do arm exercises. Especially the triceps. But of course she does nothing. It's like a balloon...ad air ( muscle) and the balloon becomes more stiff and ridged. Lose air and it loses both.
People, exercising is for life. Im 64 5'10 173 and still pumping iron until I die. Im tired of people my age asking me what do i do .... i tell them .... start lifting weights. And they do NOTHING. Im on my way outside to my concrete patio to do triceps which prevents this from happening.
I work out all the time on a total gym and I got a weight bench in the basement with hundred pounds barbell weights and I play guitar too and I got a 100 watt Marshall amplifier😮
Yep sounds like people I know when it comes to diet. I’ve never been overweight but 98% of my mates are. They’ve asked me for years about “diet tips” and so I’ve always gone out of my way to write down plenty of knowledge for them. They do nothing. I now call these people Askholes. They ask, you tell, they do nothing but waste your time and energy. Now if they ask I just say I don’t know. Even tho I do.
Yes, can totally relate to this. People often ask me why I don't gain weight. I could tell them healthy eating, but I had the experience that Nobody really wants to know ' cause nobody wants to change. But they complain all the time.......

Hatha yoga is your ticket to fascia city. Oscillations are better for realignment practice when your fascia has improved. I don't understand why so many people don't know about Ashley Black and her fasciablaster tools yet. I've had mine for 7 years and they've relieved so much pain for me. The fascia houses your blood vessels and nerves too. I have a friend that's 30, and the doctors said there was no help for her pain, and wanted to put her on strong pain killers for the rest of her life. I bought her a fasciablaster, and it started relieving her pain right away. Insane how important the fascia is to our functionality and hardly anyone talks about it. Kudos on making this video! 👏
I originally bought her tools but then customers started reporting that their skin started hanging and causing other problems. Many lawsuits and I haven't seen her sense. I returned the product.
Great video! I really appreciate the suggested exercise videos. QUESTIONS: 1. Are you instructing your viewers to only do the first video (beginner level) once a week until soreness subsides? 2. Beginner video: Repeat after soreness subsides and then continue to do the video workout once a week until you build up to a level where you don’t get sore while following the complete beginner video? 3. Once you can perform the exercises in the first video without soreness, move onto the next video (intermediate/bands)? Are you adding these exercises to the first video (beginner)? Or just “graduating” to the intermediate work out only (video 2)? 4. Continue same process up to level 3 video (advanced)? 5. Add videos to the previous video work outs or “graduating” to the next video? Thank you for your time. Really looking forward to doing these exercises!

I did the workout mentioned during pregnancy and my arms looked better than before my pregnancy. I was 9 months pregnant with nice arms!
I’ll definitely check it out ❤
True and it's a harsh reality for someone like me who is not use to exercising intentionally
I tried these. WOW. I am 74 . I could not keep up. But I keep trying. My arms are getting stronger snd a little smaller. Thank you.
Keep up the good work!

I do it too, the best thing ever.

Thank you.
Thank you❤
Thank you! I have always had trouble getting enough water, it's gotten worse with taking over my sister's job at a horse barn while she was out. She starts back this week and I'm looking at what I can do to keep up with the muscle I have gained and not let it all sag! I'm almost 59.

I'm 60, have lost 20 pounds recently, and now have loose skin on my arms. Looking forward to get rid of it!
Congrats on your weight loss! ❤
Me too
I recently quit aerobics and started basic calisthenics and intense mobility workouts.

I love that you acknowledge it looks easy but is incredibly difficult and starts burning. Yep

@@allihintz1663I recognized that. „I think, they give a perfect timed suggestion“
I’m scared, they’re already checking our thoughts. Or can forecast, what our next move will be, because of observing our movements in daily live and calculating the next move.
Or!…. we all live in a simulated world anyways and our mind controls what our avatar is doing in this projected world.
Dr Berg notes:
Flabby arms can be a frustrating problem for many individuals, especially as they age.

I'm 64 and I'm still pumping iron. My 73 year old neighbor lady asked what to do about this problem. I told her to do arm exercises. Especially the triceps. But of course she does nothing. I bought her a fasciablaster, and it started relieving her pain right away. Insane how important the fascia is to our functionality and hardly anyone talks about it. Kudos on making this video! 👏

I looked after my husband in a wheelchair for 7 years. I am 76 .. I literary had very little Time for myaelf. I exercised with him to keep his body moving After His stroke..we got his leg moving.. amazing what you can do ..unfortunately he has had another one and now in a nursing home. I now! have to think of my own health and exercise more.and keep healthy. It's hard to motivate yourself when you have been stressed a long time.. I will get there. Great to hear all the positive stories.
@@katmayfulI’m so sorry about your husband. With all of your workload, it must have been by stressful. Hopefully you’ll have time to focus on your own health now. I wish you and your husband all the best.

Block Therapy is the best for changing the facia I have ever experienced. I have been a licensed massage Therapist for 30 years.
