I have been crying to this song since Freddie died. I was an American in London while Freddie slowing passed away. He was hounded by the British press. Camera's following him in and out of doctors offices, he was so weak and frail. So sad. When I saw Annie Lennox and David perform it at Freddies tribute, I lost it.
I was never a Foo Fighters guy, so I didn't know that Taylor was a vocalist as well. He's wearing an ABBA t-shirt, So cool.

It’s crazy that this band has a lead singer who is one of, if not the best drummers in the world, and their drummer who is amazingly good can sing with the best of them. All this l, and they are nothing but humble and down to earth. We are lucky to have lived in their time. RIP
Humble they may be, but incorrect, you are. He's not even close to, nor has he ever been close to being the best drummer in the world. There are many MANY drummers with skills, accuracy and technique that FAR surpass Dave's. He's great. Nirvana were world-changing and so are Foo Fighhters at this point, but the best drummer in the world, none of them are or were.

@Paul Taciturn Who cares whos best, its all about the song. Bowie would never claim to be the best though could play enough instruments to get his songs across in his way, or collaborate with others, and of course create this one with Queen.
And somehow all their original material sucks ass, go figure. Dave Grohl maybe used to be the greatest drummer, now, Taylor Hawkins was just as good if not better! DG would never have been famous without Kurt.

Well it's eerie because Kurt mentioned Mercury in his suicide note I guess they put the expectation on themselves to just keep performing and smiling even while dying. Kurt refused to fake it.
Charlie Watts might just be another drummer in that band.

In his Rolling Stone interview last June, he said the doc told him his heart was enlarged but it was ok because he was "an athlete". I just hope his death was not something that could gave been prevented. I couldn't stand that.

I was privileged to have listen to Taylor sing Under Pressure in one his very last performances just a month before his death. It was raining in Melbourne Australia in the stadium and this particular performance of his literally felt like thunder clapping along with his vocals

Foo fighters had so much fun on stage because of the Dave/Taylor bond. The rock world lost an eminence talent and it really sucks!! Hopefully the Foos find a way to heal and keep going, but they’ll never be the same without Taylor!
