Camel herders in Mauritania

Here the camel herders are dividing the mothers from the young. If you have a close look at the ground in the photos you will see that camel and goat shit litter the place, a vital source of fertilizer.

I think I meant sheep, although further along I met the camel herders too and stayed one night with them.
