Part 3 - I have a ding on the bonnet to repair and build up the newly painted front bumper to complete this salvage repair.

Thanks - yes I thought so but he was recommended and the finish is as good as new. What would you say is a reasonable price?

this came up in my recommended list, so I've just binge watched all 3 😀
I'm doing the same car at the moment a 2021 mild hybrid with satnav & 16" diamond cuts, like you, real trouble finding parts, same issues with front panel, had to add a few rivnuts, I M4 rivnuted the rad mounts rather than rivets just in case I had to remove at any time.
I paid £2400 delivered for mine but a lot more damage, I would have happily paid the same again for a rear ended donor car rather that endless hours on ebay.
I found that a lot of the parts are shared with the panda hybrid,
did you manage to find a reasonably priced pipe & cat heat shield in the end? mine was completely crushed, luckily I bought a radpack & they threw thoughs in for free.
like you say dealer part prices are horrendous.
have you noticed the fog light adjustment screw is about 40mm away from the hole in the black bezel. just like fiat! design over function 😫

Are you going to post this as a video? Would be great to see your build. Good idea with the radiator mounts. I might have found a new EGR pipe on eBay but need more confirmation as it looks slightly different. The engine is indeed same as that found in the Panda and also a Lancia. I think the engine is called Firefly. I did notice the adjustment holes were way off too but forgot to mention that. Good luck with the rebuild!

@@bikenut I might put up a short video of the pile of broken parts & progress so far, keep an eye on the epoxied light brackets, I find that's its not that good especially if not keyed, I used bumper repair staples & epoxy. I'm lucky that I can do my own painting but do have to rely on supplier to get the shade right, there is someone selling hybrid engine on ebay with cat taken off, so they might sell you the pipe a heatshield if they still have it, listing is: 2020FIAT 500 COMPLETE 1.0 PETROL HYBRID ENGINE 2608 Miles Only
