    My go to smoothie is;
    3 frozen kale chunks
    Handfull of pomegrante seeds
    Little water and let the machine turn a minute
    Then add avocado
    Blueberries and raspberries
    Lovely!
    I also take the lemon mush as you advised!

    I LOVE to add a handful of Arugula to my smoothies ... gives it a slight peppery taste - YUM!!!

      Me too. I use arugula and beet root powder together because they boost nitric oxide very well.

    Frozen = Useless you're killing all the beneficial elements of the produce...

    Doctors need to learn a bit about food combining. Mixing fruit and nuts and vegetables, etc.
    all in one meal is a NO-NO.
