I've been eating almost exclusively Ezekiel bread for more than 10 years. These days, in my area, you can only find it frozen. At Trader Joe's they put it on the bread shelf still frozen so I typically buy three loaves and rush home to keep if frozen. And you probably know that recent research shows that freezing somehow tones down the sugar spike from eating carbs such as that in bread. I used to have to deal with how quickly unfrozen Ezekiel bread molds, but most of us by now appreciate very much that it doesn't contain chemicals to prevent the mold. I tell friends that it is an "acquired taste" but soon enough one finds it delicious. Mostly I eat it toasted, and coming straight out of the freezer that is the way to do it. Anyway, like I said, turn up the volume! With it gaining in popularity I certainly hope that Ezekiel won't begin to inflate its price, for example the way that Bragg's apple cider vinegar had done. There are numerous factors when considering blood sugar spiking, including nutritional supplements. There are several supplements that greatly assist with this, if that is your concern. We shouldn't have to go over speed-bumps, the speeders should be caught. Similarly, you should do what's necessary for your blood sugar, if it's that bad, including perhaps spending a few measly dollars on a nutritional supplement that actually works, vs. a dud. One i highly recommend is Benfotiamine. Very inexpensive and phenomenal. Never let a piece of bread interfere with enjoying a snack or meal, when you can neuter the negatives of the bread. Just like consuming foods high in omega 6 ... counter that meal with some omega 3 - food or supplement. How much is your heslth worth? Considering how we vote, and all the junk spent on stuff, don't allow a few dollars to ruin your mindset.

I just got directed to this video just after watching a different video (Dr. Gundy) that tells us to stay away from sprouted breads because they are high in lectins. Now this guy says that they are the healthiest breads........................ hmmmmm. Frustrating
Dr. Gundry seems to say that EVERYTHING is off limits. (Other than the powders, etc. that he sells. 😂). I think it can be dangerous to listen to only one person.
I ate it for many years. Im almost 53 now. Time to part ways. Still it spikes glucose and has added gluten which is inflammatory.. all that high carb stuff inflames your arteries and over time you get hemorrhoids, bulging varicose veins and later on cardiac events, etc... Time to say goodbye and go with very low glycemic carbs instead, like pistachios or strawberries. Or keto bread if you must and i say do it before it's too late. Damage to your blood vessels is irreversible.
Interesting comment. I just watched a guy eat Ezekiel bread with a glucose monitor on and it hardly moved. Do you know for a fact it spiked glucose? Just curious bc I'm looking for something healthier and I just bought this bread. Taste is meh, but that's what I expected
@@bustabeans7917 it does have carbs so it will spike glucose. Ive been off all wheats and grains now for a month or so. No cardiac episodes, no eczema, no autoimmune stuff. No processed carbs. Had some pistachios, natto with sardines, half a pound of beef with eggs and garlic, stuff like that. Minimal carbs and done eating anything by 8 pm (circadian rhythm) Ezekiel isn't good. Kroger has a four dollar loaf in the frozen bread because they know
is the corn in it GMO though is the qn ?!
This is the only bread that I can handle. All the other ones at the grocery make me feel sick or bloated.
I’ve been eating Ezekiel bread for years. Do I feel more energy as a result? No.
Mushy stuff with a ton of gluten added so it's edible. Modern grains are not good. Also feeling great since i introduced meat on a regular basis ✌️
Ezekiel is the only bread I eat.
Where can you buy Ezekiel bread?
I get mine from whole foods
Meijers
Target
In the freezer at the high dollar grocery store.
Crystal Cliffs
Silver Hills Bread!!
new to your channel
I saw this the other day for the first time... would've gotten a loaf if it didnt cost almost $10... :(
Try a market basket or target.
$7-$8 a loaf is pretty high
Been able to find it on sale occasionally, freeze half of loaf. Not something I eat every day.
Or is it definitely certified NON gmo please ?
The only bread I eat!
If you read beyond Ezekiel 4.9, you’ll see God told Ezekiel to bake it over human dung, then changed it to bake over cattle dung. Thank God we now have ovens! 😂
meats are highly inflammatory
Who wants bread that equals as a yoga weight
Ahhhhh...I used to eat frosted mini wheats. I loved it. Soooooooo bad for me...but FEELS sooooo good. Like that crazy ex-girlfriend who was dynamite in the sack but lethal to your soul. Be gone Satan, you have no more power over me. I've sprouted and I'm not going back.
I too am wiser now and have settled for a sensible dumb girl with big boobs.
Nobody sells this brand
Why is there soybeans then!!?
But, was it cooked over human dung or cow dung like in the Bible?
