I was confused too. You need to meet Lily then reach Xion. After the intro cutscene look left and see two yellow cubes, pick both up and there will be your preorder and Deluxe bonuses
your first outfit- Train Station. Once you finish arriving, go to your right, down the stairs and open the door to get Planet Diving Suit (6th) V2. Hall of Records, turn up the ramp you enter. Drop to the Camp then drop again. Three bars and up the ledges. There's a Barnacle the shield one, beside it is a Drone cosmetic. If you then go to the Construction Yard, find the three IDs. Position one girder to reach the main door and then swap. Position the second as far right as it can go. The wall collapses, set the girder to let Eve cross it and there's a square box like the Drone skin that contains Red Passion. Both of these you will need to be at a Supply Camp, then R1 to Nano Suits and then you craft them.
Easier Codes- When you have the passcode, go to the object and then press Triangle. This will tell you the code to enter it. Be aware that however two I recall do not do this. Lost Ark and Requested Code Breakers as you need to do extra to work them out. Lost Ark provides a vague hint whereas Code Breakers is a world trip to get lore that has the symbols needed in their real order
Demo official ended with Abaddon's fight, those like me glitched it so could reach the train puzzle you did but if we tried to get onboard it crashed the demo

Haven't bought the game yet (cause I got no money 🥲) but played the demo. Absolutely loved it. It's like DMC met Sekiro. Hopefully soon 🤞🏻
