Jerk Salmon Buddha Bowl:
2 Coho Salmon Filets
1 Tsp, Olive oil
½ Tbsp, All-purpose seasoning (Flavor God Brand- Keto friendly))
2 Tbsps, Jerk seasoning
1 Tbsp green seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Carrots, shredded
4-5 Scallions, Sliced
2 Cups, Spinach chopped
1 Cup, Cauliflower Rice
1 can red beans (Rinsed)
1 Tbsp, All-purpose seasoning
2 tsps, vegan butter
2 Tbsp, Sofrito
1 Tbsp Green seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 Mango,diced
3 Tbsps onion,diced-petite(opt)
2 Tbsp cilantro
1 jalapeño, diced
2 scallions, diced
8 small tomatoes,diced
Baked hot lemon pepper salmon Buddha bowl:
1 large salmon filet or 2 small fillets
1/2 Tbsp everything spicy seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon & garlic seasoning
1 Tsp paprika
pepper to taste
2 Tbsps avocado oil
10-12 Asparagus
2 teaspoons avocado oil
2 teaspoons all purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large zucchini, cubed
2 tsps avocado oil
2 tsps all purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Cauliflower rice
1 Tsp lime juice
2 teaspoons vegan butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Blackened salmon Buddha bowl:
1 large salmon fillet
1 Tbsps all-purpose seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsps vegan butter
Pico de Gallo:
1/4 cup, purple onion diced
1/4 cup, diced Tomatoes
3 Tbsps, cilantro
2 tsps lime juice or lemon juice
2 stalks, scallions, diced
1 1/2 cup fresh arugula
3/4 cups, couscous
Cilantro for garnish
Limes
Avocados

Yum! Thank you for showing how to change up salmon period! These Buddha bowls are amazing but seriously the different seasonings for the salmon is bomb and useful for changing up from the repetitive mundane flavors that we always end up with. Much love
