My partner and I made all these recipes over the week and our favorites were the BBQ cauliflower tacos and the lemon dill rice. The rice especially is wonderful paired with salmon!
@@excellent88 I make the rice following this recipe and then bake the salmon separately in the oven. There’s multiple ways to do that depending on what you like. Sometimes we add a glaze to the salmon and then bake it.
Sadia, I generally don’t post comments but the pretty risotto dish was fun to make with my two little girls and so delicious. I’m adding this recipe to one of my favorite Mediterranean dishes. We’ll done 👏🏼

I made the lemon and dill risotto dish tonight. It was really good! My kids weren’t crazy about all the dill, but promised they’d try it again if I left it (the dill) on the side. But man oh man!! The texture and creaminess of the dish is out of this world!! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to cooking it in the stovetop again. Sorry for the long review, but it was really good! These are all AMAZING! 🤩🤩🤩 I’m especially excited to try the Shakshouka. 💚 My grandmother made it when she visited the States many years ago (she passed in 1998) and I’ve been wanting to veganize it every since. But I’ve never found a recipe without egg (or figured it out myself).

We don't get avocados here so we used thick yoghurt + 1 spoon sour cream as layer.. or can even layer tahini sauce on top of yoghurt

As à north African I can tell shakshouka is a way of cooking not a dish and you can add what ever u want to it be free and creative in your choices 😉
