Peugeot 208 GTi Update SMEG+ firmware v5.42.B.R4

Here are the instructions to update the SMEG Plus version 5.42.B.R4. This is the latest update I have found. If you own the Peugeot 208 GTi you can follow the instructions below.
First please make sure you are running the software for at least version 4.x.x.x or 5.x.x.x in order for this to work. If you have 3.x.x.x or 6.x.x.x then you need to use other software and not this one.

Deaer Mike thanks for the video. I have 2008 (2014 Active) what changes with new update? or may I ask if I update it wil it able to use carplay or mirror link?

Hi Mike I follow your instruction and when i plug the usb 3.0 in the car i have message ''the update file is protected and cannot be copied'' any suggestions why my SMEg 5.41.B.R4 CD 26413 thank you in advance

Please verify that your usb drive is working properly, sometimes it might require you to swap to another usb stick. Please follow closely to the instructions. goo.gl/jDC8Nv , You are planning to update the same version that I shown on the video?
