Recently bought a 2016 Silverado 1500 for my move to Alaska and was wondering what wheel and tire combination you would recommend for a year round ride. I see a lot of your customers go with the Hostile wheels which look really clean. I'm going to eventually put a 7in lift on the truck also.
I'm new to the truck world so I'm still trying to figure out how I want the finish product to look. I do know that I don't want the tires to stick out from the body of the truck too much. Keep everything pretty much under the body. But I'm familiar with your shops work. I watch all your videos. You guys do a great job with the trucks.
Joshua Salinas im wondering the same thing juts did a 2” leveling kit on my suburban with 20x12-44 and a 305/50/20 toyo proxies just put them on today so wondering how much i gotta chop
so i have the same exact tahoe im puttin a 3" front levelin kit and a 3" leveling kit in the rear i should be able to clear 33s i bought Moto Metal 970 20x10 -24 tires are 33x12.50r20?
How much trimming would I need to do with a 33 instead of 35? I want to go 22×14 -44, with a 33, but I might just go 20×10 with a 33 if the trimming is going to be ridiculous. Oh yeah, with a rough country 3 inch lift.
I have a 2013 serria and am running 32s and have rubbing issues I would not like to cut fenders, will a 2 inch leveling kit fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated
+Custom Offsets ok I just thought the trimming would be different from a 1500 Silverado to a 2500 Silverado that's all thank you tho appreciate keep up the great work
You're definitely going to have to NorCal the front fenders if you put aggressive mud tires on, like I did with my Suburban.
Would if look way better on 17s with 35s more tire and aggressive offroad look
What about the extra plastic that hangs for the valance? I took it off but there is still plastic where it connects to
It’s connected to the bumper
My Tahoe has a 3 inch lift with 18x12 -44 on 35s had to trim a lot more into my fender rear needed no trimming

I have a a 3" lift and have 20in fuels on 33x12.50r20 and i didnt have to trim
I barely have to trim I got 3 inch level and 3 inch in rear gonna try and cut/modify the piece he took out and push the liner in farther and screw it
@1:12-Does anybody know what kind of wheel that is on the angle grinder tool.
It's a sanding disk, but not sure which grit. I just got a 120 grit in a 4 1/2 disk and it should be fine.
Thx👍🏽
I got a 07 Tahoe, put on some 20x12, I put a 3inch lift in front but the tire looks like it's being pulled in, what size A upper arm would I need??
You should need to just do an alignment and adjust the camber

You just have to trim the liner I have the same setup you don't need to cut the bumper or anything else
What grit flapper wheel would you recommend to donthe finish on where you decided to cut?
Probably 220-320

What kind of pad do you have on that grinder?
Flapper
Do you still have to do that trimming to a 2500 Silverado 🤔

How do I lift my 2001 Durango to fit a set of 20X12 Offsets on 33's
Thanks a lot bro.. I really appreciate your support
Custom Offsets I have a 2005 4wd Durango that I want to level and put 20x12 with 33s on. do you think the 20x12 will fit or am I better of with 20x10?
Street Queen?
That's nowhere near enough trimming to clear for offroad use. Ties will definitely contact at full compression lock to lock.
Tobirama Senju stfu lmao
@Tobirama Senju you haven't got a clue what you're talking about 😂
dear guy in video, you say "opinion" weird. have a good day.
most people on say it wrong and say it that's my uh-pinion instead of saying it like theres and O.
I love Chevy but don't really like lifted trucks but damm that was bad ass
Ugly wheels ugly tires😂 waste of lift
