I honestly LOVE how they set up Black Panther in the MCU. Brilliant.
Yeah I didn’t know the significance of that when it first came out but I just rewatched it and was like OMG they mentioned Wakanda!
When the vibranium first showed up in MCU, its already foreshadowed
or way back when Hulk unleashed his anger in the ice in The Incredible Hulk and the ice shattered (Steve Roger's body was in that ice, detail was mentioned in The Canadian Lad's video)
They set up hint for namor too, in Endgame.
This is marvel so im not suprised,
One of the reasons this movie didn't work was because it was setting up Thor Ragnarok Black Panther Infinity War Civil War

I love these moments when Steve and Tony just have a conversation and everyone around them has no idea what's going on but they don't even bother explaining until they are interrupted. They did that in Endgame as well haha
That is how real conversations happen sometimes
their chemistry is just natural
steve's quiet judgmental look makes me laugh my ass off too LMAO
And don’t forget that the real and only reason the conversation is relevant to both Steve & Tony is because they are literally the only two people who are really connected to the relevance of what Wakanda is because of Howard Stark.
In one universe they marry and avoid the civil war, probably for that amazing chemistry

Age of Ultron probably sets up more future stories than any other MCU film.
Its the most slept on Avengers. Its the gateway to every single movie that came out right after
That was a common complaint of the movie. It was a gateway to so many other movies, and its structure and how it settled on subjects suffered for that.
MitchCyanFilms it set so up so many other stories that it forgot to have it’s own.
Jory Jones that sounds so inspirational out of context
Winter Soldies also introduced Doctor Stange
THIS is Thor. Not senseless and stupid, but intelligent and sharp-witted. He was the only one who caught the detail on the guy's neck, and immediately knew it wasn't a tattoo, but a branding.
I think that’s why Ragnarok did so well.
The dude is well educated, he's just very stubborn, sometimes really arrogant, and he used to be really immature.
He lost everything. I'm surprised he still wanted to live and not fly himself into the sun after decapitating thanos. Good thing he had enough will to stay alive and undo the damage thanos did

This is what I find cool about the MCU. There's these tiny details in scenes that don't really mean anything, but then, a few years down the line, Marvel releases a new movie and suddenly that scene means everything. This was literally how they tied Black Panther into the MCU and it's such a good way of doing it as it doesn't do the "boom new character is here!" introduction and instead it feels really natural.

So stupid, just trash out your spear and take an ar15 guys.
Except the people who read the comics
@@Wayne72LEVRAI yeah but some primitive weapons are better just not efficient if not used properly.
Anyone could use a spear if they use like an extension instead of a tool. And while guns are efficient, they're loud and give out the surprise in the attack, bows may be a pain but a skilled archer can shoot quickly and accurately, plus its quiet.

jfassettx123 Well Who's to say all of it is in Wakanda. Maybe when entering the Earth's atmosphere shards broke off in entry and fell in areas around Wakanda.
Shiny Samurott Steve insinuated that Howard Stark got the last of the vibranium FROM Wakanda when he made Cap's shield.
jfassettx123 Fair Enough.
jfassettx123 the piece for the shield doesn't necessarily comes from the huge chunk in the ground in Wakanda. They have been using vibranium for a lot of things since they first found it. Like the ones Killmonger found in the museum.
Howard probably gathered enough to mould it into a shield, and thought that is all there is of the special metal, or didn't bother risking his life getting into Wakanda looking for more

@@firstnamelastname364 I think he meant that previous marvel dialog led to future movies.
I like that Thor's just tossing files after glancing at the pictures, since he probably doesn't read english or at least modern english, because if there were any language on earth he'd read, it'd be Icelandic, but Modern English is something that fully solidified linguistically after Asgardians stopped coming to earth most likely.
In the comics, Asgardians speak Elizabethan, while modern English may not be their primarily dialect, they definitely understand what humans say/write.
And this is also confirmed when Tony said "Shakespeare in the park" to Thor during the first Avengers.
Diego Fuentes they do not speak "elizibethan", you have no idea what that means. they just speak in a grandiose tolkien-esque way
Fine, if Elizabethan is not appealing to you, then Shakespearean English, or early modern English, and not "grandiose tolien-esque" way is what Asgardians sound to us. They speak "Allspeak", humans perceive it as early modern English, however, this was dropped in the MCU universe (Earth-199999) for the sake of understanding Thor and the other Asgardians better on film, than reading it in a comic (Earth-616).
Here is more info on the Asgardian dialect, as heard by humans, if you are interested: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FloweryElizabethanEnglish
Diego Fuentes no, they do not speak "Shakespearian English". flowery writing doesnt mean it's shakespearian dialect. theyre just high-fantasy type characters. stop overusing the word "Shakespearian"
