In this video I am discussing the reasons why I believe DV2023 will be a more normally run year, and why that means people should not be fearful of unlocking their cases. This continues to be a point of contention because people are applying their experience from DV2022 and cannot seem to understand why DV2023 is a different story.
I had posted about this before to explain which types of mistakes should be corrected in the DS260 and which ones could be left without correction.

You need to write an email to KCC and request for your Ds260 to be unlock

Please do a video for this: Do they discriminate older applicants? In the groups on FB, several people with low cases numbers never got their 2nl for DV2022 and they have in common age above 50. One had DV2022EU39** and never even got called for interview.

Thanks sir Simon I'm 2023 case No AF 11830 I submitted my ds-260 in June 28 and I later notice that my first son 12 years was not in the original form but I added him in ds-260 and I notice is going to cus a mess for the whole family so I unlock the form in August and remove him and I submitted back in August 18 but I'm still worried about that

The truth is the officer will still be able to see that you changed someone and be ready to defend that. If the child is your biological son and the officer finds out then sorry you'll be denied.

Send an email to KCC stating clearly your name, case number and DOB in the subject line. And below with the message that you want your ds260 be reopen as you have some important updates to make.
Once reopen, they will send back an email stating its open. Then you can proceed but once done, resubmit immediately
