We have all had that "edgy" stage to a greater or lesser extent in our childhood/adolescence.
it's interesting enough the fact the ending of the game shows a children's show footage which may imply it's like one of those fake VHS kid show tapes and shows the real moments.
dont know about you but back then my parents didnt care about gore and violence in video games
Back in the day they used to keep this game behind the counter
They used to lock it up tight in a back room where I’m from
When I was a kid they used to keep in the back with the beaded curtains and red lighted room
Haha. Used to be on the shelf with the other games but had a big “banned”sticker on it. Luckily it was a small country town so the shop keeper would hire it out to my 7 year old self lol
I found a sealed copy of this at goodwill for 2 bucks. I ended selling it for 100 bucks on offer up
they used to lock this up in a safe, inside another small safe at my local video game store
Currently playing this on my PS2 for the FIRST TIME. The PS2 is my absolute favorite console ever made and is the only console I actually still play, not including PC gaming. 2 years ago I had the opportunity to buy a brand new, unopened, factory sealed PS2 Slim for $500, so I basically have a brand new PS2. I play it all the time, and still buy new games for it throughout the year. Manhunt is my current new game, playing it for the first time and it is so fun. Awesome, classic gore.

This was one of the few games that I beat, had a total blast back in the day playing it. possibly best times ever in fact

This game was on the list of games that were banned in other countries. I have always wanted to play it. I may look for this on the web.

@@myaayed3736 I Purchased a lot of stuff off eBay. I bought two games off eBay so far. And I'm waiting for this one PlayStation 2 to Playstation 3 adapter to ship. I can use PlayStation two controllers to play PS3. Also the PS4 controller is now Bluetooth compatible with a PS3. I did a lot of research and watched two RUclips videos about it.

Everything about Manhunt Game is so damn good! I like the main character you play as James Earl Cash, the story, the graphics look pretty damn great, the executions are so satisfying in this game, the shooting was great, the level designs are so damn very well done, the gangs in this game are awesome and the ending was so damn good! Overall Manhunt Game is so Damn Badass Awesome!!

They give all the victims the same hood and same voice to reduce their individuality so the player doesn't feel any sympathy.

I use to have this game. I dont know what it is but this game changes you psychologically. There nothing like this out there that i know of. In all seriousness its fun game but mentally disturbing kind of way. I wouldn't be surprised if this game was banned once

Games need to do a few remasters and one game I would love, is if they remade Star Wars revenge of the sith with actual people like the ps2 version!

I used to rent this game when I was 14. It’s one of Rockstars best games.And yes, they kept the game under lock and key, but this was years ago and the movie store was cool about it based on other stuff I rented.

Bully or Bully Scholarship Edition is the same game
@@davidjskelet scholarship edition was made for Xbox 360 and Wii and had extra content, extra mini games, more characters etc. so no it's not the same game. PS2 and Xbox 360 aren't close to the same console and graphics

Mine is unplayable. Every light source in the game goes through every wall, so sometimes you can't even see what you're doing.

PS2 , the PC version has hetter visuals but its so broken even in the first level you can get stuck because a gate wont open for you

I got both versions. Pc is cool but you need to drop a mod file to get passed a bug in the game.
Ps2 is cool too cause you can use a ps headset/mic to call the hunters to you.

@@Kaceej it’s growing on me. I’ve been playing it a lot more lately. It’s been keeping me up at night. The dark night can drag on, but I don’t seem to care. The pain I inflict on my victims makes me smile.
