  • In this video I visit Ngurra (Country) of the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples for a solo hike of the Clifftop Track from Govetts Leap to Evans Lookout in the upper Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia.
It is a beautiful walk that treats you to stunning mountain views as company the entire way. It is pretty exposed in the first section so can get quite hot, so slip, slop, slap, wrap and bring lots of water. There is a bit of incline to deal with and may be challenging for those less fit.
It is a beautiful walk if you are looking to pass some time before dinner or sunset. Or work up sweat before breakfast after watching the sunrise.
So come along on this bushwalk with me and see what this lovely area has to offer.
IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GET OUT AND CHECK THESE PLACES THAT I SHARE OUT, PLEASE TRY AND DO YOUR BIT TO KEEP THEM CLEAN. WE ENJOY THESE PLACES BECAUSE THEY ARE PRISTINE AND DISCONNECTED FROM MODERN SOCIETY. NOTHING RUINS THAT MORE THAN SEEING TRASH LEFT BY LAZY PEOPLE
The entire video filmed on the @PanasonicAustralia S5 with the 20-60mm kit Lens. Edited on Da Vinci Resolve 18

I did this walk last weekend with my son but we combined it with Popes Glen Walk and the local Blackheath streets to complete a 12 kilometre loop back to our car. Sore calf muscles for a couple of days afterwards!
