In this video I visit the lands of the Gurringgai people for a solo hike of the 13th section (www.thegreatnorthwalk.com/sho...) of the Great North Walk that stretches 260km from Sydney to Newcastle. This section is from Cowan to Brookly but I have chosen to do it in reverse so I end up on the Jerusalem Bay part of it.
The walk is quite challenging with muc elevation and descent along its 13.5km stretch but it breaks the pain up with some pretty spectacular views and the beauty of Jerusalem Bay is quite something to behold. I didn't show too much of it though so you can be surprised for yourself when you go. Please take plenty of water and food if you do intend to take on this walk.
So come along on this bushwalk with me and see what this lovely area has to offer.
The entire video filmed on the @DJI Osmo Action 3. Edited on Da Vinci Resolve 18

This area looks so picturesque! 👏👏 Absolutely beautiful work man, trail doesn't look easy.
It is definitely worth any challenges it brings.
You got some gorgeous places to hike mate :)
Always happy to travel to get to a great walk. Thanks for watching Ewen
Thanks for posting. Jerusalem Bay is one of my favourite places. Be keen to see if you do any of the sections between Thornleigh and Berowra.
Thank you for watching! I will be getting to those as soon as i recover from having my gallbladder extracted. It was obviously an unintended side quest.
