I just started getting into decorating cookies. I made my teachers some apple cookies for teacher appreciation week. I’m gonna give them my business cards with their cookies tomorrow!😍
Thank you so much! I actually have a free masterclass that helps you make plans and decisions about starting your cookie business. Here is the link if you'd like to check it out! www.sarahgracecookieco.com/masterclass
Thank you so much for all your tips of the trade🤗 I thoroughly enjoyed listening to you. To be honest, I haven't quite decided which of my two hobbies I want to promote into a home business. I am, however, considering how risky and stressful making foodstuff is, as opposed to making wreaths and event bows and decor, etc... I also want to set up a very attractive FB page but I simply don't know how to do it... Will I need a graphic designer, because I certainly can't do it... ha!ha!
Thank you for watching! And I totally get that! Those businesses are very complimentary so you could even do both I think! States are different when it comes to cottage food so definitely read up on your states laws 🥰
I mainly teach on technique, but sugar cookie marketing group in Facebook or the cookies as a business group from sugar dot would be great places to look 🥰
I joined a cookie decorator class just a week ago but ainhave not been able to get in to it. I sent a message to them but I think it is with Lolly's Closet?????? How do we get access to your groups?
Merry Christmas from TX by the way. I will be a home baker........I will not be able to mail out cookies since they will be made in a home kitchen and not a commercial kitchen. But as long as they are sold our of my home they are perfectly fine!!!!!
The town I live in does not allow you to sell food that is cooked or baked in your home kitchen unless it is a commercial kitchen. Really disappointing!
Oh man! That is disappointing! I know in some areas you could rent time in a commercial kitchen or check with a local small restaurant to rent their kitchen during their closed hours. I hope that’s helpful!
That’s so cool! Hug your mama and know what a blessing you are to her! Twins are double the fun 💗 I’m a big believer that you don’t need a ton of experience to make money with cookies. As you’re learning new skills, you can grow your customer base with things like DIY kits and drop cookies that don’t even require decorating!

Yes! This is what caught my attention.-the dress, flowers, mixer, and spatulas. Too chic! I love the southern accent too.
Any resources for a cookie contract? Order terms and conditions? Thank you!!!!
