Will this work in Southeast Texas near Houston on the Gulf Coast? We have 70% - 80% HUMIDITY for most of the year. I know Buttercream can be a little precarious in these cases. 😅
That does sound really humid! I live in Tennessee and we get some heat and humidity here too maybe not to that extent lol. The cookier who I got this recipe from is in Texas as well so I think maybe?
Love this! Writing from NH, your video has some great ideas with ordinary shapes as you said. My fave was the seed packet 😊. Might just try some of those ideas for Mother’s Day gifts !

I’ve done the dipping thing and honestly after fixing air bubbles, making sure the cookie is covered, making sure it won’t run off and really can’t see how this takes some people less time. Too much room for error. I just outline, flood, done. I’ve done 300 cookies in just a few hours this way. Not that this method doesnt work, but definitely not a time saver

Hi Diana! I’m glad you found me! I have frozen cookies and I was told by the customer they were very good! I vacuum sealed them and put them in a solid container where they had lots of room before handing them to my customer (who was planning to keep them frozen until her event) she then allowed them to thaw inside the vacuum seal packaging before taking them out. Hope that helps!

I was a nurse for 12 years and my husband is an ICU heart transplant nurse and I would love to help him while teaching my girls ages 14 and 16 how to bake and decorate sugar cookies and turning that into income.
