    I can't seem to do the really fast workouts aka the extremely fast ones

      Hi Emalee, Victoria here from Sleek. There is a lot of repartition to make sure you feel comfortable with the sequences and get then most out okf them in these workouts. If you are starting as a beginner, you may like to start with some of the Sleek beginner's programs or a great Sleek barre. We have so many on our sleekballetfitness.com site to choose from. Best Vx

      Idk what okf means
