- If you have access to assets made for UE4, but want to use them in UE5, this tutorial will show you how. Also goes over how to easily import an asset into your UE5 Project.

hey there, awesome explanation! i got the humble bumble mega bundle and none of the contents are compatible with 5.4 (only up to 5.3)... if i try doing it like you described the engine crashes as soon as i for example load the demonstration scene. is the version step just to big internally? honestly i cannot believe that users just cannot use the assets they got anymore?
what if i want to use an asset that says it's supported only for mac and windows, but i want to use it in a game that is for android devices.

I thank you a lot and you are a really likable bloke, but you basically had a nearly 6 minute long video and all informations most, if not all people came for is only between 3:40 to maybe 4:50. That is an issue with many "How To" videos, the actual "How To" part comes anywhere after 1-10 minutes of the creator introducing themselves and saying exactly what they are going to explain, when it is already in the title and just wasting time of people, that are already frustrated enough with the problem, which they came to solve. No offense to you, as I said, likable bloke and by far not the only one.
I provided extra information to teach people how to do it, rather than simply show them. Because for many new users that only click buttons as shown in tutorials, what will happen is something wont go exactly as it does in the tutorial, and the new user will be left confused. My aim was to avoid that by providing relevant information.
@@Barcode6321 People are different and different people will teach in differnet ways and as I see it - I searched for information about this and I got it from you in a nice and friendly way with some laughs - because you took the time to make a video to explain this - so for that I am VERY GRATEFUL ! Alll the time and all the assets that I would have missed if i did not get this information......for that I can GLADLY listen for6-7 minutes even if not every word is super effective - it is YOUR WAY of teaching and as I said - THANK YOU - YOU HELPED ME ALOT ! Hi, after downloading your assets BP_Hextile is missing in my engine content drawer even tho it is in the folder when i browse it in my PC. This makes the BP_HexGrid not functional, do you have any idea why i can't see the asset ? I am currently using ue5.0. Keep up the good work you videos are very helpful ! Ty
