Great video... What do you do now that you cant edit? For example, I was off duty doing my 34 I thought I put it on PC to get food, It disrupted my 34 hr and I did not get my 70. I called Dispatch and they said its locked and we can no longer edit. Did I just lose my 70hours? Do I go On paper? also we are not using Keep trucking its Samsara but its very similar. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. !!!
@@truckerstyleshawn We both called it in to samsara they said that with new law you can no longer Edit automatic detected driving time. This just kicked in this past week for us. Prior to that we can edit anything. Here is the message we just now get. Per FMCSA rules, carriers are not permitted to edit the duty status or vehicle of automatically-recorded driving. Please add a remark to describe why this Drive time should not be associated with this driver.
Can DOT see this if they check it, like as if I'm at a shipper and they take 6-7 hours and I change it to show I was only there for 30 minutes. Can DOT see that?
