@@adolphd12345 all the agencies including DGCA india ground all the aircraft for further investigation and Boeing also do come changes with the system which couse the accident and now the aircrafts are safe to fly. That's why airlines are using those planes...
@@annoynommus You do realise that the 737 MAX was certified safe the first time around. It's good that you trust Boeing and their QC teams. I would prefer to err on the side of caution. To each his own I guess.
Awesome report as always. Try to take regional routes in India next time when you visit again like by spicejet or indigo or alliance air. They will be fun
Seems like a decent airline. I'm looking forward to seeing the vistara videos especially now they are being folded into air India. I recently flew a max 9 on United and enjoyed it, especially since it had personal monitors. Do you have an opinion on travel reviews that throw in an ad? I can think of 3 channels I occasionally watch and they advertise a VPN or whatever other sponsor they can get at the time
Putting ads into videos is a-okay for me (and will be something I do in the future) becuase they don't impact the impartiality of the creators opinion of the airline they're reviewing. I get offers from lots of the typical companies like these but am declining for now, waiting for when my channel is large enough that I can directly approach the (travel adjacent) brands which I already prefer and would love to talk about more. Hey Kevin since you love to try new airlines, I suggest you try Firefly from KL SZB to Singapore Seletar as this is the only airline that flies to a different airport in Singapore :)
I flew the aircraft on QP1341 BOM-BLR in Nov 2022. And I didn't like this seating cushion. Wanted and I like the purple one like on VT-YAA which had folding headrest.
Ah mate when did you fly on Akasa? I just did my first and second flights with them on the 4th. I sorta had an intuition that you’d make a trip report about em.
Yet another low cost Indian airline is the first thing coming to mind. I have traveled to India several times for the past 15 years ( last time Nov 2022) and have seen several low cost airlines come and go. I can remember 2 that I frequented Kingfisher and Jet Airways. Also about to ride into the sunset is Vistara because of Tata acquisition of Air India. Delays in boarding and take off are not because Akasa is new but more so the norm in India travel. Just imagine doubling the number of flights in the country?
Your analysis seems a bit broad. Jet and Kingfisher were not LCCs as we know them today and IndiGo is India’s largest carrier, 8th largest in the world and last year had one of the best on time records globally. Some smaller airports may struggle but major improvements underway/completed at the three main hubs (DEL, BOM, BLR) will serve the expansion well.
The Boeing 737 is a great aircraft, which is unfortunately nearly 60 years old in terms of basic airframe design. They need to come up with an all new design type soon.
Important comparisons to the Chinese market, and while China me be more developed it also has a very large HSR network, while India doesn't. 30 min routes like this one likely wouldn't exist in China.

No matter how many airlines keep coming here pricing of tickets will only decide the fight between railways and airways. Already trains r improving and prices of ac fares reducing .airlines finding very hard to reduce costs
I disagree. There will surely always be a place for trains in Indian travel- likely it will continue to expand and improve over time- but India’s traveling market is not finite like it is in fully developed countries. In France, if the rail improves so much and is so much cheaper than flying then eventually everyone will just take the train. But in India, I reckon the rise of the middle class will fuel a traveling surge that the rail and aviation market will be struggling to keep pace with for decades to come. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

post covid inflation in India has been very visible in in-flight food prices. In IndiGo, I used to buy a chicken Junglee sandwich for INR 250, and now they charge 600.
