Trust me food in Greece is not expensive! You get excellent quality and fresh food. The places he went to were touristy, The food we get here in America is pathetic!!! And we have to tip 20 or 25% in America. Also, I live in Florida. Tell me one place I can go to in America and eat right on the beautiful beaches. Nowhere!!!
Naoussa is a tourist trap, we loved it but they take advantage of tourist.... we stayed in our own huge flat 10 mins out of the main town and it was awesome

But I will still try to go for the beaches and the general ambience. These tourists are the ones who refused to go to Mykonos due to the ultra expensive lifestyle.
