I have this computer and i need help pls beacause water fell on it... what can i do ?

You need to completely dry the laptop, you would need to open it and inspect. Most likely your keyboard and palmret are damaged and depends on the amount of water spilled your board( which is the most expensive part is damaged as well). Over all water damage is the worst what can possibly happen to your device. good luck
