If they can improve their customer service and put a little more effort into their screens I think they have an extremely competitive product with their emphasis on thermals. That might come at a greater cost, but I think the customer service and quality control are definitely worth that.
Aren't there any Ryzen 7040 gaming laptops? I know for sure that the Asus TUF A15 with Ryzen 7040 is available. Any tests in the pipeline? Or is this now an Intel only channel?
I have a 7945HX vs 13980HX comparison coming up this week and a review next week. I don't have the A15 to review yet.
@@JarrodsTech Great! Thanks for letting me know. Can't wait to watch it , mate.
Managed to grab it for $3400 due to currency exchange rate jumps in my country lol
When is the acer helios 16 video coming?
can u make a Aorus 7 9MF 17,3inch review?
Is keyboard mechanical like on aorus 17g??? Thx
No
Can you review ideapad gaming 3 that just come out with 7535hs cpu and rtx 4050 gpu?
Who else thinks this is actually a pretty good laptop from gigabyte?
This video proves that the Gigabyte's gaming laptops actually have the objectively best cooling systems because the flagship CPUs/GPUs never actually reach 90 degrees or even 85 degrees which is incredibly impressive.
8:11 are these throttled clockspeeds ? coz the advertised single core and multicore all core on full load are higher .
temp how much in this laptop please .. thanks to who reply
I would buy it if it had a 16/10 screen
is it worth upgrading to 1440p oled from 1080p oled in a laptop
it sucks having lower 300ish brightness in 2023 esp. if you're willing to pay more on the 4080/4090 model
when u gonna review ROG flow Z13, the new one is kinda sick
Not sure, that's up to ASUS and when they have it available
I found mine at 1700 usd, I think it was pretty good
Flow x16 2023 review when?
Could you review new 2023 TUF A15 with 4050 and 4060 gpus
Surprised it's got a dedicated display port
Read that unplugged it's the worst, drops from 240 to 30fps... is it configurable?
This is standard. It's capped to save on battery life.
@@JarrodsTech but can be configured to better performance and shorter life?
what you advice me to buy ASUS ROG STRIX G16 RTX 4060 8GB VRAM I7 13650HX OR ALIENWARE M17 R4 RTX 3080 16GB VRAM I7 10870H THE OTH HAVE SAME PRICE IN MY COUNTRY WHAT THE BEST LAPTOP FOR FUTURE 1440P GAMES I WISH YOU WILL REPLY ❤❤❤❤❤❤
1:45 ASUS removes rgb lighting from Fkeys and Gigabyte removed the 2nd function... Why they hate keyboards so much?
Am I the only one that thinks the design is a step back from the AORUS 17X (2020)?
No OMRON Mechanical Keyboard
No UHS-II SD Card Reader
No Subwoofer
2 Less USB Ports
1 less storage drive.
Etc.
I've got a 17XB, Its big but its effectivly a desktop replacement so who cares. It looks so much better than the new one, loads more style, is built like a tank, is still perfect for Gaming and Content Creation. Not everyone wants a thin light laptop when it sacrifices so many features. So heres hoping to more big desktop replacement laptops other than the MSI Titan.
only 1 USB c in 2023 is a joke
Especially in 17 inch model
Everybody is complaining about the lack of USB-C ports, but nobody is using a USB C device...
i hardly use the USB c on my laptop. what r u using it for?
Yep
@@antalpotihah
guys, Short question, what would be cheapest 16 core dragon range laptop? I don't care about GPU at all, about brand, something that survive 2 years please.
I need that 16 core for work, in my case amd gives ~3% less performance using ~40% of intel power (my desktop test had amd at 80W and intel at 180W finishing in seconds from one another)
only thing I found was asus duo for 6000 euro, around twice of what I would want to pay.
Is it possible to upgrade the SSD capacity to 4 terabytes?
Yes 4:27 Upgrade Options
@@JarrodsTech What about increasing to 8TB? Or even increasing the RAM?
Make a chart representing Lowest Fan Noise * Speed
Here you go: jarrods.tech/laptop-fan-noise/
Why no 16: 10 !!!!???
Is this laptop suitable for designers? !
Could you please make a video for upgrading the battery of acer nitro 5
Funny how Aorus last year was the worst premium laptop but then came out swinging this year, beating even Razer, of all laptops.
11:25 bro... that dust tho
Is all rtx 4090 on gaming leptops is 16gb???
Better screen contrast than Scar 18 btw
wiil there be a review of acer predator helios 16 sometime soon.. pls pls
Not sure when, but I plan on reviewing it.
