    Do you ever get leaks? Even after you replaced the gasket. I've had the worst time with my valve cover leaking. I've used 3 or 4 different brands of gasket. I've even swapped valve covers. Same thing.

      Personally no it hasn’t happened to me. I make sure to clean off any oil residue before installing that gasket and I also use that silicone type rtv to ensure it seals good. It also is important how you torque down the bolts and in what order.

      Use the silicone sealant all the way around. This is how I do it, otherwise i have the same problem.
