- Hey friends - come and listen to me chat about my experience with mental health. I answer your questions about my mental health and how I got better from anorexia nervosa, depression and generalised anxiety disorder.
As ever I would just like to remind you to please seek help from your GP if you are struggling with your mental health or anything I spoke about. I promise you the best thing I did was to seek help. It does not make you weak. I repeat, seeking help does not make you weak.
A couple charities to reach out too if you're struggling.

To Tash or anyone else struggling with mental illness, the trick to CURING it is to completely obessesed with overcoming it. Always think "what can I do right now to improve my mental illness." And then take the actions that youre inspired to take or think will help you. That is the most effective tool for transformation, I've found.
Wow. The RUclips algorithm did me good today ☺️☺️ this was so timely and necessary for me. Thank you love 💕
