Bro i used to watch this video a lot in 2016-2017 I remenbered it today, at around 1:30 am 1 hour and 30 minutes of searching later, at 3 am i found this video again
The chassis is an older Freightliner, I have a few pics of it on Flickr. The teams moved around over a few weeks, moving between this truck and a couple other 2RIIs. They were all very cool with being recorded, and a nice bunch of guys. And as always, thanks for the kind comments!
That was a failed packing cycle at 4:37... Depress the slide handle while pulling the blade handle for best results. If it doesn't close all the way, allow it to slide up, then jam it back down while closing the blade. Oh, and don't start your loads with the wall fully retracted. Move it forward a couple of feet at a time from full extend as you go. Great video and thanks for posting! :D

2000 rpm is full throttle for a diesel engine. And yes, it does idle fast. Every garbage truck idles fast when the PTO is engaged, in order to get sufficent GPM out of the pump

Great video here George! Love the growl of this truck, especially the takeoff at 3:18 - sharp and loud! What kind of truck is this and what year is it? Does it have a Cummins M11 or an L10 in it? And judging by the 2 shifts from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd at around 3:20, I assume this truck has an Allison HT740 transmission in it. Is that dcorrect?
As a former WM employee, I know that these guys are breaking some of the company rules. Not to be anywhere near the rear of the truck while the packer is in motion. Unsafe...what if something flew out while it was crushing. Like the headboard did in this video. All the same..cool video. And like someone said...wow...fast packer!
My guy the rules are much more different in golden gate, and especially because it’s bulk they have to hold the bulk peace while it’s packing or it will go all over the street.
Very possible they mite have bugs.I really never have bought or taken used furniture.He the owner of the film said the couches were used as lawn furniture so they were soaked in rain and maybe smelled like meldew yuck.Thanks paul
I love this video but hated to see that beautifull leather couch and love seat die.I would have taken both if i were there cleaned and fixed them.Very good video lots of good action really good.
