His sister is right in saying there was something about his character and overall demeanour that made people really admire him on top of being an amazing driver. His charm adds to his legend. I’ve yet to see another driver be as cool as Ayrton.
Senna wore his "hero" title on his sleeve. For him, it was a matter of responsibility to be the best, because by being the best, he could help more people. A true hero gives their strength to the weak, never keeps it for themselves. Ayrton helped too many people to count, in more ways than he could've ever imagined.
I think it was that unwavering self belief, the intensity from him that really drew people in, along with the sheer abundance of all his amazing on track performances
I don’t care how many titles Schumacher, Lewis or Verstappen have. Ayrton will always be the greatest. Being the best is more than titles, championships, he transcended peoples hearts like no one else♥️Senna my idol forever
If someone Lewis thinks the same way, then he became a competitor because of Senna, and it was no coincidence that he was honored with one of the helmets of the Senna family, I think this is a very nice thing. It wasn't by chance that he said that that helmet was worth more to him than all his championship titles
Even though I wasn't even born, I can sense he was a special human being. He inspires me, and when I enter bike races even just go training, I always think about him and his dedication. Ayrton Senna will never be forgotten. After thirty years, the world remembers with love this pilot who was the best pilot of all time. He was a genius. What differentiates a genius from a champion? As a Brazilian, I was 16 years old watching the tragic accident on TV with my family. It has been 30 years since Senna passed away. I watched every single race of his F1 career.
I was 7 years old when the great Ayrton Senna passed away that day at Imola. Still remember watching back in Brazil, not quite understanding the impact of that day, but remembering a somber quiet feeling in the room as we watched it unfold on television. My dad used to wake up early in the morning on race day, not to watch F1, but to watch Senna. He was a phenomenon.. The likes of which we likely will never see again, and have seen very seldom in ANY sport. A true genius of his craft, taken at just 34 years young. His legacy does absolutely live on, and will continue to do so. He redefined racing in the 80's and 90's, improved safety for drivers, even at the expense of his own life, but the way he raced is what has remained branded in the minds of those who saw him live. Thank you for this tribute Viviane! Your brother truly was one of a kind, and he remains one of my main sports heroes until this day. Muito obrigado pelas memorias campeao! 🙏🙏
I was as born in 92. Got into F1 in the early 2000s, during the Schumacher dominate Era. But as soon as I seen an old replay with race with Aryton. I was absolutely hooked! From then on, any race, any piece of info, history , documentary absolutely anything about Senna. I devoured! The greatness that is Aryton Senna will never be matched! From the way he raced, how he could feel the track, the car. Too his knowledge and experience with mechanics through his early racing days. His humanitarian efforts and the love he had for his people and his country. Will never be copied. The one and only Aryton Senna. The Greatest Of All Time.
It’s crazy this was posted, I’m very new to F1 and was looking this accident up just yesterday morning. I first knew who Senna was AFTER McLaren made the car just cause I wasn’t a F1 fan. There was a very young man who had passed away the day before on the same course, his name was Roland Ratzenberger. Inside of Aryton Senna car there was a Austrian Flag rolled up in the door pocket, which he planned to wave in Memory of the young man who passed just a day before and he never got the chance. That’s what hit me the most.
Senna did a lot of things that a lot of people don't, and not to get sympathy from others, but because that's the kind of person he was. After Ratzenberger's accident, he didn't get into the car and was at the hospital an hour later to find out if he was alive and didn't even recognize him when the doctor shook his head and said it was sadly over. he came out of the hospital without a word, head down. It is quite certain that he would have gone to Austria for his funeral.
Thank you Viviane for your beautiful thoughts of your brother. I still miss him, so so many others do as well. 30 years... Thank you Ayrton for all the memories, you will remain forever in our hearts. 💖🏁🇧🇷🇫🇮 Roland Ratzenberger also remembered. 💖🏁🇦🇹🇫🇮
The second GOAT after Fangio. The GOAT of the modern era. 30 years later and we still have half the grid voting for Senna as the greatest of all time. From Ricciardo to Lando, from Leclerc to Perez. Ayrton is just one lap ahead of us.
Ayrton Senna, the greatest F1 driver of all time. Records are there to be broken, but his passion, speed and talent will never be beaten. 30 years since that day in Imola, but he still lives on. Senna Forever.
Viviane is such a beloved creature. And of course I agree with her. Ayrton was the living proof that something greater exists beyond this mortal life. A lot of pain still remains but it can't be compared with the fact that he'll always be the Greatest of them all in the "Pantheon of Heroes".
One of the first memories that I have of my mother crying was this day in 94. I was just a kid and did not even like racing (I still don't). It took me a decade or so to understand why she cried so much. What a legend!
I was watching Imola with my father, like every Sunday this 1994 year. My first memories of F1. It was a beautiful sunny day in Europe. Tears were falling.
Im sit with tears in my eyes listen to his sister and see him in the video,he was so amazing, talenten, wonderfull, charismatic, helpfull, calm and down to earth,i love him forever,we all love you ayrton ❤
The master of the wet circuit. Never to be bettered. It is 30 years today since the passing of my hero. In his honor I have not watched a single F1 race since that fateful day. There just is no one worth watching after he left. May your name go down in history Ayrton for as long as the human race still has a history. I salute your memory and the person you were sir.
I grew up watching Ayrton. I can honestly say it broke my heart when he died ,May 1st 1994, a day I never forgot. That win in Brazil was unforgettable, his love for his people. He is with the angels. I will always remember him, the greatest.
Ayrton is my hero! It was a great privilege to have witnessed his fast laps in qualifying, his memorable victories and the championships he won. A true legend! He lives forever❤
He was our pride and joy, for all of us in South America. We will always remember you for what you achieved and all the people you inspired and helped during your life. Obrigado Ayrton!
I wasn't born when Senna was racing but my father was watching every formula 1 races at that time, when he saw Senna's gaze in the pit before the race in Imola, he told my mother that he feels like Senna was already gone, that he knew it was his last race. He stopped watching F1 after the crash ocurred, but he stills tell me the story of Senna, and I will too, legend never dies.
No one got nearly close to what Senna was as a driver and what he meant to a nation. Professional, passionate, leader, lover, competitive, ... , and many more adjectives to this man that died in the Brazilian workers' day, and we remember him every year today since his passing. Thank you for the video!
I will never forget the day we lost the greatest F1 driver the world has ever seen, Ayrton danced with the car and I was never again so mesmerized by a Formula 1 driver. Thank you Viviane for talking about your brother and our hero and legend Ayrton Senna.
My parents grew up Watching him. Although I'm setting for a Carrier for NASCAR I will always remember the man who got my parents and I to my Future And if I want to maybe go back to F1.
I remember exactly what I was doing the moment he was taken from us. He was a behemoth amongst men, a true legend and a hero to his fans. Taken far too soon.
It's crazy how moved I am when I watch Senna's videos. I mean, I was 2 years old when he died, obviously I didn't watch him race at that time, but something about Senna is special, I can't put it to words.
The BEST ever, I miss watching him every Sunday, there will NEVER be another one like him, I get heart broken just thinking the day he left us, I will never forget that day, the only IDOL I have. He will always be missed. 😢A true LEGEND.
As a fan born in the V10 era and always saying to myself Michael Schumacher is the best driver in the world. I can finally understand why Senna had the most potential in his career on why it made him successful and made an imapct of the fastest single seater motorsport in the entire world. It's not just driving for him. Its always his passion.

For me he is the greatest driver big hug from Portugal !!!
Senna is 1 lap ahead of us
Yes, the show carried on
Yes, we had amazing races and amazing drivers
Yes, there were a lot of happy moments afterwards
But it was never the same anymore..it always felt like it's missing something, the pain, the mourning it's still in there
F1 truly died May 1st, 1994
Viva Ayrton! Rest In Power!
May 1 2024.
❤😊
As a Brazilian, I was 16 years old watching the tragic accident on TV with my family. It has been 30 years since Senna passed away. I watched every single race of his F1 career.
That was touching. After all these years, his sister still misses him very much.
30 years passed quick for us, Age will not weary him for he is forever young.
My mom remember wathing the black sunday 😢. She didn't saw how 30 years passed through. Thr Goat of F1... And Motorsport. ❤ Never going to forget.
Guy was fast. His battles against Mansell in 91/92 were ferocious.
Very well , I share my thoughts precisely!
As someone Born post Senna. He is still one of my all time favs.
Already 30 years!!! I still remember this sad day like it was yesterday. He was and will be always the GOAT 🙏🙏🙏
Senna and Ratzenberger was 34 on 1994. The same age
Miss Him every day!
Ayrton was one of the greatest drivers in F1 ever...R.I.P we will miss you.
That's false. He is the greatest. The only one. No one else is even close
@@HugoStiglitz88 yrs, he is the goat
correction, is the biggest
Simply the best formula 1 driver ever .....still miss him ! Thanks Viviane!
He really did fulfil his purpose❤
One of the first memories that I have of my mother crying was this day in 94. I was just a kid and did not even like racing (I still don't). It took me a decade or so to understand why she cried so much. What a legend!
SENNA forever in our hearts🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
I saw the Great Man in a Toleman at Brands in 83 ! As a kid i was in Awe. What Memories !
The greatest driver of all time, the GOAT personified. The greatest legend of this sport. Always sad to remember this day.
Very well done tribute by Ayrton's Sister, Viviane.
Over 30 years have passed and we all still miss You terribly Ayrton. Much Love and Respect
Why are people saying first this is a tribute to a legend.
Everybody knows Senna is always first
Because most people have nothing to do. Or I don't even know Ayrton, he's just a Tik Tok fan. Sorry but it's the truth!
Because they're morons with nothing better to do
Because a lot of people suffer from the main character syndrom so that is very important for them
Se vc tivesse conhecido o cara vc saberia
The greatest of all time. GOAT SENNA.
Greetins from Colombia 🇨🇴
The Magician. Senna was one of a kind for sure. Rest in peace, Ayrton. His legacy lives on and he is in the hearts of so many people still.
I couldn't watch F1 for years after he died.. It was just not the same any more. A true legend
Ayrton is my hero! It was a great privilege to have witnessed his fast laps in qualifying, his memorable victories and the championships he won. A true legend! He lives forever❤
The greatest ever. A true human being in all meanings. Your example will last eternity.
He was our pride and joy, for all of us in South America. We will always remember you for what you achieved and all the people you inspired and helped during your life. Obrigado Ayrton!
What a pilot! What a man! What a legend!
Although I'm setting for a Carrier for NASCAR I will always remember the man who got my parents and I to my Future
And if I want to maybe go back to F1.
Senna, the legend that will never be forgotten. 🖤

Ayrton Senna do MUNDO !!❤😢😢😢
I remember exactly what I was doing the moment he was taken from us.
He was a behemoth amongst men, a true legend and a hero to his fans.
Taken far too soon.
Yeah, most people do since they were watching f1...
To this day he's still my idol. Got empty walls in my house except for painting and posters of Senna
A true legend. So inspiring.
❤TODAY AYRTON SENNA FOREVER. 30 YEARS ÍMOLA 1994-2024. SENNA LEGEND
I was 10 when I lost both my heroes.
Ayrton Senna and Davey Allison.
May both and roland ratzenberger all rest in peace.
You will forever be heroes
As a fan born in the V10 era and always saying to myself Michael Schumacher is the best driver in the world. I can finally understand why Senna had the most potential in his career on why it made him successful and made an imapct of the fastest single seater motorsport in the entire world. It's not just driving for him. Its always his passion.
Ayrton Senna was everything to Formula 1!
