I wonder if you were to make the brass barrel the same length as the stock one if that would help? Either that or a heavier spring load I would think would be beneficial to performance

Could the outliers be due to there being a small lip between the plastic part of the barrel and the brass?
How are the seal
It's alright. I may need to add some plumbers tape to the plunger tube o-ring.
