The deuce pro.... like many others I so wanted this to be good, and I thought it was. My major issue with this was rotation mechanism on the pull back and how easy it was to over rotate by accidentally priming twice without exerting a certain cadence to the blaster.

I just ordered a second one for my latest load out. Once you replace three springs with higher tension springs it runs like a dream. Two springs in the rotation mechanism and one on the double prime safety. All seals are improved and a second spring has mine firing at a consistent 180 fps.
I did not replace the catch spring but I think I will now, great idea! And wow 180fps is a lot! :O

I’m glad to hear this change of heart regarding the underrated Deuce Pro. It’s actually one of my favorite sidearms - maybe just because the orange aesthetic really appeals to me. It’s a good looking pistol - and at least mine shoots about as straight as my Max Outlaw.
Truth be told, I kinda like playing with it more than the Outlaw, too - because even though I look like a cowboy, that hammer eventually wears my thumb out after an hour of gameplay. The Deuce hits hard enough for me and it doesn’t hurt after a couple hours of heavy blasting.
Oh. And six small holes in the cylinder gives a window to see how many darts are loaded without having to point it at your face to look.

Im w you bro. Got one for $12 and had to restrain myself for 2 weeks every time i walked past the other 3 available for that price(ive literally got a basement full of blasters its become time to stop at 2 max for anything) its my favorite hand cannon.

My warranty springs have never failed and the fact that dartzone will send you them for free makes up for some of the issues I had with buying it initally. Should have been fixed out of the box, but works great now.
I just picked up one pf these today because of your video! Please let us know when you have sourced the proper repair spring, and then give us a tutorial on the mod.
I picked mine up about two or three months ago fully aware of the issues but knowing that there was an aftermarket fix i picked it up. Now I know i can pick up a spring straight from the source i think ill contact them for the proper fix! Right now im using the trigger spring and the original rotation mech spring while using a pen spring for the trigger.
I thought I was subscribed but wasn’t, so good that you added a reminder. How about posting a mod guide once you have a definitive list of the precise parts. I’d like to carefully replicate your build.

@@trash2treazures Yeah, I found a flash sale on the Nerf Halo MA40 and sent it to NNN. The sales lasted a couple of hours on Amazon.
I like the outlaw alot better mainly because the rotation mech works & you can slide a dart in right before it chambers compared to two rotations before like on the deuce pro. You can easily load darts one by one with the outlaw👍
I love my deuce pro. I know I'm a noob but I enjoy cqb, hugging bunkers and snap shooting.
That all being said. The dz fix springs make cylinder changes too stiff imo. I just printed some anti skip cylinders and want give that a try.
After that a spring spacer for more fps and a b/pcar I'm hoping makes this better for the ranges I get bunkered from.
I got mine for 12.50 I was very happy to get it for that price.
There was a small lip on the plunger tube that allowed the cylinder to cycle. Mine got sheared off. I really wanted it to be my go to sidearm, but the S200s viper is now sitting comfortably. I can't get into flywheelers for the life of me.

I actually painted a deuce pro in silver for the swm500 for my Leon cosplay
So, my original Deuce skipped as well. I removed a spring and one other part and converted it to manual rotation. Prime, shoot, rotate drum, prime, shoot. This worked OK since you were guaranteed to get all six shots out that way.
Sometime after the release Dartzone was offering a free spring kit to fix the skipping. I contacted them and they shipped me one out for free. This 100% fixed all of the skipping issues.
He mentioned that warranty thing in the video. Some people are still having problems with those as well. You are very fortunate those fixed your blaster. I might pick one up on clearance now that I know I can fix it though.
I picked up a pristine Deuce Pro, everything but the extra cylinders included, at a local thrift store for $5. Best part, it doesn't suffer the rotation issue...
These are some interesting additions I'm trying to figure out how to add enough material in the front of the cylinders to load 2 50. reusable gatcha balls without the pouring out per cylinder.
I never even got the chance to try the Deuce. It never showed up on shelves in my state, or anywhere within an hour drive of me. Strange.
I still dislike this blaster. Glad you found a way to like it.
