there you go 6:00 minutes saved for you
The video discusses how successful RUclipsrs get viewers addicted to their content.
There are five elements that contribute to this addiction:
The elevator pitch: Convincing the viewer in the first 30 seconds to watch the rest of the video by showing its value.
Editing strategies: Using specific editing techniques to keep viewers engaged.
Open loops: Introducing questions that make viewers want to know the answers, creating a series of "loops" that keep them watching.
Breaking the monotony: Preventing viewers from getting bored by introducing variations, such as jokes, storytelling, or changes in pacing.
Effective titles and thumbnails: Using title formulas and thumbnails from adjacent niches to increase the likelihood of viewers clicking on the video.
To create an effective elevator pitch:
Focus on something the audience desires.
Use curiosity to engage the viewer.
Introduce a secret sauce or unique angle.
Open loops can be created by:
Introducing questions relevant to the audience.
Using a series of questions to keep viewers engaged.
To prevent viewers from getting bored:
Break up the content with variations.
Re-engage the viewer with jokes, storytelling, or changes in pacing.
    For effective titles and thumbnails:
Look at channels in adjacent niches.
Analyze their title formulas and thumbnails.
Adapt these formulas to your own niche and content.
To keep viewers addicted to your videos, use cliffhangers:
    Introduce a new problem.
Explain why it's important and could change everything.
Promise to give the answer in the next video.
To build a personal brand and keep viewers addicted to you:
    Develop mastery in engaging viewers.
Create content around your personality and interests, regardless of the topic.

When it comes to longer videos No one has a short attention span it's just that the video is not good to watch...... People are still watching series... Movies which timed hours.....
Stop comparing this shit reels / shorts vs long videos
Short attention applies to shorts video....
Long videos attention applies to it's format... Teaching.. music..... Entertainment... sports news... Courses.....
