    I’ve not thought about how I use the muscles when doing back workouts or what muscles to actually engage! I think I need to try this a couple more times to really get the hang of truly using the correct muscle group. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

    Very interesting, i activated my multifidus as you explained doing pelvic floor, and then transverse, making sure to feel it, and my back feels like iv never actually used it before. Just one round of this stretch made a huge difference.
    This is now in my morning routine.
