I also feel like the strength gains translate well into daily tasks and strength exercises like squats, pull ups etc.
to get actual abbs you need to go on a calorie deficit and do cardio and full bodie exercizes
@@michaelrenda5123that’s ridiculous. Everyone already has abs by virtue of being born. You’re talking about a sixpack, and the steps to be taken to achieve a sixpack differ person to person

Thank you for the breakdown! I'll try the full routine probably once a month, but every week, I'll break the exercises into different sets (of like 5-10 exercises each) and work them out 3x each before moving onto the next set. It makes for a long but fulfilling workout. I started doing this about 6 months ago, and this was the first time I only needed one break in the entire routine. Hopefully another 2 months or so will get me through without a single break!

I’ve been doing this workout for about a week now. My abs are more toned and waist is smaller. I really recommend this workout. It worked the best for me.

Hi, I'm the 600th comment on this video and I did this workout so many times ! From having cramps in the beginning, lifting my legs with my hands at the end, to doing this workout pretty easily, I'm pretty proud of myself ! Thank you so much for coming with these types of workouts, they follow a logic that make them very fun to do. My favorite workout ever !
I work my abs about 5x a week and apparently, I've been doing them wrong because this was hard for me to get through with no rest. Love it!!!

Because of some financial circumstances, I haven’t been able to afford classes or recitals. But I’m keeping myself fit for when I can afford to return to training. I love your method, it’s so rhythmic.

Since Covag-19 became all the rage, I have been looking all over RUclips for an exercise program that feels perfect for me. These At Home with Cirque du Soleil videos are my soulmate. I am pretty weak on abs compared to my other physical strengths and I have known for a long time that I MUST put time into abs. Especially because I want to get better at ballet. I am going to use this video to overcome those weaknesses.

Reminds me of core conditioning back when I was doing gymnastics. Loved it! I've never tried to do a straddle v sit out of and into a normal v sit before, holy cow that's tough.

Wow made it through. This was brutal but mind over matter. You are stronger then you think you. My daily Mantra I workout my mind then body will follow. Remember your mind is engine that drives you. You do you your way. Practice strong core. 55 years young going through menopause not easy but daily movement helps me so much on my lifes journey. After 3 weeks doing it 3 times a week, I was able to complete this workout. It's still not perfect but I was able to do it without stopping. I will keep at until it's effortless, I want to be able to talk too while doing it someday lol. Very rewarding 😊👌🏿

Okey this workout is like a benchmark to realise where you are. If you can pull it off you have abs like them and if you repeat it every 3 days I think your abs at somepoint will just transform from muscle to gears just turning at will. Really nice. I have set it as a goal to follow along with the same ease as you twos
