- This is a very interesting interview with Roger Glover when he was the bass player/producer for Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow in 1981. He discusses the differences between what American versus European music fans like to listen to from mixing perspective. It has been recognised for many years that American fans like to 'consume' their music slightly differently to European fans
In college we built speakers to go everywhere, including the bathroom. It was very loud and about as subtle as a Saturn V lifting off. Needed volume to overcome the shower. It was awesome 😎
well done ROGER!! SOME PEOPLE blame JOE for the change in the musical direction but it was a band decision
