- Rainbow Pound Cake is very easy and fun to make, the gorgeous colors make the cake festive and perfect for a special occasion.

Vanilla Pound Cake Recipe:
3 cups All Purpose Flour (sifted)
1/2 Tsp banking powered
3 Sticks unsalted butter (room temp)
3 cups Sugar
5 Large Eggs (room temp)
3/4 cup whole milk (room temp)
2 tsp Wedding Cake Flavor or 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp lemon Extract
Note: If you don’t have the wedding cake flavor and you’re using the vanilla extract do you want to add 1/4 tsp almond flavor.

You're so welcome. I don't care for the wedding cake flavor so I wouldn't use that. Do I still need to use the lemon extract? I'm going to use cookie nip and see how that works as far as flavoring.
is there a difference in the Ann Clark food coloring and the gel food coloring used for the candy apples?

I had a bad experience with the food coloring. It left an aftertaste and the customer was livid
You have to find a brand that doesn’t give a aftertaste and not apply so much of it where it does
