Im a ranked baseball player in the country in my age group class in Highschool here in U.S all these videos help me tremendously for my sport in particular mental strength is crucial in baseball and i was pumped to see you use baseball as an example in this video not much fellow U.K people pay much mind to to it.
I think the problem is that we think too much about the responsibilities and we forget to enjoy what we love. Maybe if we try to convince ourself to be calm we will always find a way out
Love this video, i won a football game two days ago and even though i scored the opening goal and our team won i played like shit during the second half and that performance messed with me, I knew i could have scored one more goal, i knew i could have made better plays for my teammates but this video enforced the idea that that was just a temporary bad moment and i can look at it as a learning opportunity to improve on many games in the future. Thank you 👍
Thanks for the video Sam! While I was watching, I noticed how I would often let a few bad moments get to me and create a cycle of mistakes. From now on, I will be mindful of this, and I'll do better next time.
I liked this video it was good but I haven't been watching your videos regularly and my performance in my realm of football and in working out almost every day and in school have not been to that level that I want them to be at however i will try to watch and some of your videos and add some of the skills that you talk about into my life thank you for making them p.s. Hey I tore my ACL 4 months ago, and will have to wait 5-6 months for surgery, then another 6-9 months to fully recover. Can you do a video on how to cope with injuries and being out of play for a sustained period?
If you're overthinking it you will never get into flow when the match starts close your eyes take a deep breath and start try to rely on what you summed up playing football scan the pitch and you will slowly get into the flow also note that you can't achieve this over 1 game practice it and you will be able to tap in right into it
