i feel like making excuses is always the default and the easiest way to avoid any responsibility of something bad that has happened. Like losing a game or having a bad performance we as humans do not want to associate with anything that is bad are negative, so what do we do? we do anything that will take that respnsabilty off of us but in reality embracing it is the only way we can grow and do better.
Amazing insights !! Brother what could be some top books on rising above testing times by increasing mental toughness ? Also for handling pressure without being stuck in inaction..
I have perfectionist tendancies and never believe my performances aren't perfect so I always beleive I fail. How do I trust myself and my abilities? How do I trust my work I put in? how do I believe in myself?
It's natural to strive for perfection, but remember that perfection is not actually unattainable. Embrace the journey of improvement, celebrate your progress, and trust that continuous effort and learning are more valuable than an elusive idea of perfection.
I didn’t get the part about running on a treadmill and that It dosent get you anywhere Don’t most pro athletes run on a treadmill? I have gotten so much fitter by running on a treadmill
