I’m mostly into older jdm cars but recently purchased a 97xlt extended cab 6 cylinder only though . Came with a snugtop to match. Been following along with your rig build and your truck is dope man. The 9inch lift you added so nice man. Keep up the cool videos🤙🏽
I love your videos. They are super helpful. I have a 06 f150 2wd and after watching this I may actually go for the spindle lift over a 2.5 level. Was it easy to fit 35s with the spindle lift? Did you have any rubbing or have to do any trimming?
If You Add a 3 inch Spacer On The Coil Springs Would It Make Your Truck Higher Than It Is Or Would It Just Reinforce The Suspension Since You Already Lifted The Truck With The Spindles ?
I’m putting the same lift on my 2002 Ford F-150 2WD and I’m having trouble removing the stock spindles. I’m beating the hell out of it to try getting it out. Any recommendations? 8:45
That ford is lookin good Excited to see the upcoming wheel setup You should get new headlights and grille soon that would make it menacingly clean 🤘🏻🤘🏻
How did you find what to torque everything to? Or could you just tell me what torque you used? I've looked online and get a bunch of different answers and would just like to know what you used for all the bolts
You mentioned the spindle lift opens the gap of the upper and lower arms .... that’s not how it works it only relocates the the spindle . Otherwise it would mess with the ifs Alignment... some vehicles can have more lift or less from a spindle lift all depends on the factory locations of the spindle on the factory spindle ... like vids keep them coming
So the kit came with rear struts as well. Did you put blocks in the rear? Or does it kind of level it without the blocks? Are the rear struts okay to put in without putting in the rear blocks?
Ford sounds good. I have the exact setup on my truck that is similar to it. But Baby Squat sounds better. Man that is a good looking truck and she fits her looks
@@maxz4065 I did the lift and everything else while I was down there. took about 5 hours with a knowledgeable friend and lots of tools. I fell in love with the truck all over again. new tires and took her in for an alignment. like riding brand new
@@ernievilla6840 not bad at all or at least not very noticeable I also check the tires once a month or so to keep them at proper pressure. She is still on the road and drives great.
Very cool and can’t wait to do this too my truck. So are these just stock springs on your truck? My current setup is cut springs and lowered, very sick of this rough ride and setup. I see the 3” lift kit on the rough country website but they only offer the 2” leveling kit springs? Should I purchase these over stock or?
After the 3” spindle lift and the bigger tires, did you have to regear your rear axle? I’m wanting to put the same lift, put 33” tires on, but I’m worried that my 3.55 axle can’t handle the tires.
Do you know what color the bottom half of your 2 tone is? Mine is red with that silver and I need to color match the upper piece on my bumper, and I’m sure both silver 2 tones are the same
@@lmfscrew I was gonna keep back stock and put some 305 70 16 Toyo ATs 2 inch spacers on back. If it's going to casue problems later on I'll spend the extra it's on sell $422 right now with shocks not bad
Hey brother what type of lift kit did you used , have the same truck and want to lift 3 inch , so would you tell what branch did u have on yours thanks
I love this video... You honestly did an awesome job... !!! That truck looks absolutely good...

I’ve got 3.5” spindles, 1.5” lift coils, 2” rear lift blocks and 3” body lift sitting on 35s on my 98 2wd. I love it.

Ford pre-runner! Ground clearance helps in big snow even when you don't have 4wd. I know...believe dat.
Can't wait to see what you do to this one, looking forward to the crazy transformation lol
I can smell drop shackles coming 👌🏻
How much was it?
Looks great man!

New headlights and wheels and tires an tow mirrors 👍💯
You put on them blocks too or just shocks and spindles ?
did you spin and torque the rotor properly to seat the bearing? doesn't look like you did from the video.
I enjoyed this informative video. Thank you
I got 98 2wd same lift but a 3 inch body lift also clears 20x12 and 33s
Just found your channel love watching the Larry episodes. How far out did this spindle lift move the tires out from the body?
I like the teal green color truck
Is there a spindle for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2WD that doesn’t require new rims
Did you put any blocks in the rear or is the rear completely stock? I really want to do this but I have a completely stock 2001 F150!
Drop shackles offset and graps😻

Did your abs sensors rub on the ring?
Hey bud I found a 5.5in spindle lift from spindlesource what would I have to change other then the spindles?
After the 3” spindle lift and the bigger tires, did you have to regear your rear axle? I’m wanting to put the same lift, put 33” tires on, but I’m worried that my 3.55 axle can’t handle the tires.
So do I need to do anything to the bed of the truck also or the splindle just lifts up everything? I have the same truck.
Hey ask the shock absorbers are the same size new as used. Excuse me
Just installed this on my 03 and now I’m having a rubbing sound which sounds like my abs sensor is squealing. Any issue with this for you?
Hi I just found you Video
And got cuestión
On back disc not have to have the cap for grease??

Did you use the rear shocks that came with the new kit ? I want to buy the same kit but only want to install the front
Did u have ABS sensor rubbing slightly
on spline after. I notified mine doing it, trying to figur out what to do
Where can I buy that kit !!?? Thanks for the vid!!!
How much was this lift I have the same Ford
Looks great. Gonna attack this over the weekend
Did you not install the blocks in the back?
New headlights taillights and wheels and tires👌🏻
How big of a wheel spacers did you end up putting in the rear
Clear headlights and Mud Grapps.... just some ideas
Let that tire rub and beat the box for koonce #longlivekoonce 🙏🏾❤️
@imfscew do you have to get new shocks when you install any spindle lift?
Im about to do the spindle lift do i have to get another kind of larger shocks? Cause i just had all mine changed out 2 months ago
I currently have 2” loaded struts could I add a 3” spindle?
Larry looking good leaning like that needs to be lower in the back tho love the video's keep up the great content 🤙🇺🇸
Since you added the spindle lift your front sticks out more then the back.
Where did you get your taillights on your Silverado?
How long have u had larry and how many videos have u made with it?
Needs clear headlights, a big ole cb whip, and window tint
Maybe drop shackles too
Did you have to shave off the lower Control Arms for the lift spindles to fit?
No
Just did this lift but when i hit around 70 its get pretty bumpy. Any thoughts?
What is the best lift for a ‘01 f150 lariat ? That isn’t super expensive
Nice truck, how much lift in the back
thought that hammer would hit me
Did u put on the blocks in the back or did u leave it the same
Did you use torque values?
does it need a steering stabilizer
could I run a 5 inch rough country lift for a four-wheel-drive on my 2000 model F150 but I have a 2w
Can I run F-150 parts on an expedition (same year range and both 2wd)
What do you recommend for a 2000 f150 4x4 lift?
But this was a helpful video. Thank you👍
hey what's the rim order number for 'ol larry.? I want the same but can't find them, thanks
Do you have to get a alliment after
This truck needs mud grapps and cut them cats off ‼️
Where did you buy your shocks at
What size tires were on it I this video?
Could you fit a 2.5” leveling kit with the spindle lift without lower control arm relocation?
Yes i have seen people do it i dont recommend it though unless you are used to driving with stiff front suspension.
where did you get the parts?
Can you make a vid on what your all gonna do to the truck.
No block install ? 😮
What size tires are you running
I have a 2011 duramax and think I like your 1500 more then my d max. How does it feel power wise to compared to the d max?
I have no complaints with the power, id test drive some. Def not as much torque as you might be used too though.
Good Shyt main👍
I got a 2000 long bed f150 2wd single cab 55k miles. Do I NEED the shocks from rough country or can I just get spindles and it be alright. Thanks
With the low miles you probably don't have to, but the rc ones are longer and made for the spindle lift.
