Ya know, covid quarantine was awful, but out of that awful time came a lot of beautiful things. Like Austin’s solo channel and this beautiful piece.

It was, but for me it was also a period of reflection and personal growth so you are correct.

Eric Clapton's song about the tragic death of his young son is haunting & Austin's rendition of it is simply beautiful. Sebastien Douyon is such a talented keyboard/piano player and it's a joy to watch their collaborations. Anyone who's lost someone dear to them can identify with this song. Thanks for playing it & your comments.

Its a beautiful song but since I lost my son at 3 to cancer I cannot make it through without crying my heart out. Austin does a beautiful job, without a doubt.

This song has always been a favorite of mine. Austin did an absolutely amazing job with it. Thay was taped in his front yard. The name of his other channel it's called Beauty and the Bass. They haven't post anything on it for awhile now. But they are going to start again soon. I really enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.

This song was written by Eric Clapton after his son was killed in a tragic accident. His performance of it is heartbreaking. Conor accidentally fell to his death from the 53rd-floor residence through a window that had been inadvertently left open following janitorial work in the apartment. Clapton was staying in a hotel nearby and was preparing to pick up Conor for a planned father-son lunch and visit to the Central Park Zoo.

I think Austin did a very nice version of this song. I really like Eric Clapton's unplugged version of this song with a little bit faster pace. And it is a more personal song for him with the history behind it after losing a child.

Austin and Amberly's outdoor channel is called The Beauty and The Bass and unless I've missed any there are 23 videos with total run time of about 10 hours. Most of them are under half an hour with major exceptions of 1:31, 2:47 and 1:05. In those long ones they're usually in their pond fishing, wearing GoPros and answering question asked of them live. Half of the 3 acre (I think I heard right) plot of land they have is woods and they're filmed clearing it out, fishing, redoing the three or four aquariums they have in the house and stocking them from the pond. We're introduced to their dogs Titus and Koda, and their cats Winnie and Dawg. The go to a gem show, to the Mall of America, and they find and take in an abandoned kitty on the way to a HF concert. Just a wonderful view and insight to their home and their life together. Be quick about watching them thought because they just made an announcement what Austin told me personally about closing down that site and starting all over again, deleting the videos there now. I'm guessing in around the end of July. He's taking his life in a new direction and I guess their youtube channel will reflect that. I think we're all going to miss him from the group but I'll be welcoming the new guy, Adam Bell-Bastien with happiness and love when I see them in mid-October.

As others have said, Eric Clapton, wrote this after he lost his 4 y.o. son in a tragic accident. So sad, and really broke him. It was also used in a movie about undercover narcotics agents. Can't remember the name of the movie, but the official music video to this song does show clips of the movie. Austin did this song so much justice. Austin has some short clips of him and his wife, Amberly that are so cute and funny..singing his original songs. Give them a listen, if not here, then on your own when you have time, or need a pick me up.😊
